Ive never seen or used a memory foam bed that has lost its firmness as much as the set I bought from them. My boyfriend cant even sleep on the set because the sway in it hurts his back. Mine too. Their delivery crew was also entirely late and threw my entire schedule off. Once they arrived, they broke the stairwell rail handle. Imagine my surprise (after all the other bs) that the delivery guys forgot to deliver the bedframe! That first mattress was also USED and I ordered new! So that had to be returned/ replaced as well. Hassles galore! I definitely suggest you shop around before deciding. This place sucks!

Found this via FB Marketplace. You have to make an appointment, which is how they keep costs…read moredown. When they don't have appointments the storefront is closed. The owner Jerry walked us around the showroom and provided advantages and disadvantages of each mattress at all price points. The lowest price was $150....the most expensive was $1500. No pressure to his sales pitch just info. Delivery costs $50.00. I was pleased with my purchase and I think I saved at least 50% if not 70% compared to my last mattress purchase here in Flagstaff.

The store is organized logically, springs on one side of the store and foams on the other. Brands are sorted in three groups: up front are the thee low cost options in firm, medium and soft, then the mid-level cost, again firm thru soft and pulling in the rear the lux brand in the three firmnesses. Robby could be a little too honest and we had a well thought out discussion about my needs. I left feeling confident about the mattress and out a lot less $$ than i was expecting. Keep in mind, this is owner operated. He took some losses in 2020 with the closures and is rebuilding so if the store is closed during business hours I'm confident it'll be worth your time too to come back.

Our long relationship with Blackmarr's is a tale that could have frustrated us, but where exactly…read moreare we going and what is our risk? It's a story made for cocktail parties. We came here to look at furniture, and discovered that the displays are absolutely wonderful. When we asked about fabrics and customizing our order, they had an impressive array of choices that blew the doors off the competition. When we balked at our original price estimate they agreed, and without a beat moved to another line that met our price objective. The quality seemed about the same, and the deal they gave us was about twice the furniture as our original choice. We ordered two barrel chairs and a wraparound couch for the living room. The time to manufacture the chairs was longer than they were accustomed to, because of the epidemic raging the country. The two barrel chairs and half of the wraparound couch arrived a little after the estimates said they would. But half the wraparound couch was the wrong color. Blackmarr's followed up and found out the manufacturer would build us a replacement wraparound couch immediately. When the replacement arrived in town, but just to be on the safe side Blackmarr's decided to inspect the shipment. No joy, the manufacturer had shipped the wrong furniture again. Another few months went by, and about the time we were going to follow up we got another call from Blackmarr's. Yes, the right part had arrived, and they would deliver it to our house immediately. As we all held our breath, the couch part was fitted into place. The color matched perfectly. As perfectly as if the original mis-shipped part had been found and re-routed to us. Through all this ordeal, we had the impression Scott and Lindsey at Blackmarr's were just as concerned, if not more so, than we were. They did what a very good merchant would do to keep our future business, with discounts and gifts and cards, and we were positively impressed. Yes, they have kept our business, and we will be shopping there in the future. I won't tell you who the furniture manufacturer was, but I'm sure Blackmarr's will be steering you to better suppliers.

"that's how it comes to us". is an unfortunate attitude when product quality is questioned. pricing seems high for medium to low quality of some items. this is a BUYER BEWARE store. verbal assurances are questionable.
