I've been coming here for a while and I'm usually pretty happy with how my eyebrows come out regardless of who does them. One of my biggest complaints is how long it takes because they waste so much time talking. I also really dislike the way the two Mexican ladies Angie and the other one treat another one of the workers, I think her name is Seeta. It has happened several times where they are the only three working and Angie and the other Mexican lady are rude to her. while i was there yesterday a man came in to fix a leak in the ceiling and immediately Angie and the other lady starting talking shit in Spanish about the way Seeta greeted him - in front of Seeta - and while they were all with customers. So incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Customers should have to listen to that and nobody should have to work in that kind of environment. Angie and her little friend will not be touching my eyebrows ever again. read more

I've had threading and waxing services @IThread and recently treated myself to a facial. It was such a wonderful experience! Sabina was super friendly, professional, and really took the time to listen to my skin concerns before getting started. The facial was so soothing, and afterward my skin felt clean, hydrated, and glowing. I really appreciated the care and attention throughout the whole treatment, and the products she used felt amazing on my skin. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and so relaxed. The best ever!! Been coming here for like a year now and will continue to go because I love it!! Two lovely ladies that know exactly what they are doing!! They been so nice and sweet to me ever since day one :). They ask you if its ok to apply aloe vera gel which is cooling and soothing on the skin. They really care about us their customers. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure my eyebrows turned out exactly how I envisioned. BEST EYEBROW PLACE in the IE!!!! The owner Sabina actually takes her time and actually cares that you love your eyebrows when you leave. She asks you how you want them done and she tells you when you need to let them grow out. The soft gel she puts on you're eyebrows in the end is the BEST!!! I only allow sabina to do my eyebrows.
