Usually go to the mall for my eyebrows but this place is much closer to work. I've always had a problem with one eyebrow being thinner and lower than the other one. Sabina is AWESOME!! I naturally have very short eyebrows and since I have been coming to Sabina, she has helped me shape them in a way that looks natural and it is actually growing out nicely! I've been going here for the last two years or so and I've always been pleased with the service. Initially I'd request for Sabina specifically, as everyone speaks so highly of her. And yes, she's amazing! She really understands exactly what to do and she remembers it the next time you come in too! As I've continued to go, there'd be times when Sabina wasn't there or was just too busy so I'd get my eyebrows done by Heena who is so sweet and does an excellent job as well! And Angie is also great as well! I trust their whole staff to do a great job every time, but if it is your first time going to get your eyebrows threaded I recommend having Sabina incase you are nervous or unsure. I got my upper lip threaded for the first time by Angie recently and it was fairly painless. iThread is really the best out there! read more

Came here for the first time ever on Saturday. It was such a great experience! The wait was a little long but it was a Saturday afternoon so that's to be expected. I recently moved to the area and was in desperate need of a good place to get my eyebrows threaded. I am super picky about my eyebrows and looked on yelp for quite a while to find a good place. I figured that a place with an 5 stare average waiting was great, and it definitely was. I went in on a Sunday and only had to wait for one person, which was great. The shop was very clean and had plenty of seating in case there are many people waiting. My only complaint was about the temperature of the place, so I'm keeping a 5 star waiting because it doesn't have anything to do with the service I received. In their defense, it was over 100F outside that day, and wasn't unbearably hot inside, just a little warm for my liking. Now onto the actual service I received. I was greeted by Amna, who was the only person working there at the time. She was so nice and asked me if it was my first time there. After I sat down and told her what I wanted she let me know that she would do one eyebrow and show it to me. If I needed anything changed she would fix it and then complete the other eyebrow. After my first eyebrow was done I had no complaints at all and she went on to work on my other eyebrow. Amna really took her time and had a great attention to detail. I could feel her threading out individual hairs until my eyebrows were uniform. There is nothing more I hate than being rushed out and feeling like I didn't get what I paid for. This was not the case at all at iThread. I loved how my eyebrows came out and loved the aloe vera gel at the end. I can't speak about any of the other employees at iThread, but the service I received from Amna was great. Bottom line: I will definitely be returning every two weeks, as instructed. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Moreno Valley area. read more

I will gladly drive the half hour it takes me to get there for my eyebrows to be done here again. Sabrina helped me and took the time to ask me exactly what I wanted. Because of the last hack job I had on my brows, She explained how I needed to let one area grow out and went about explaining how she would shape the brows to achieve the shape I wanted. I have gone every where from OC to rancho to riverside to get my eyebrows done. I figured they were mostly the same. And then I tried ithread. I love them! They are so good at what they do and even remembered me my second visit and what we were trying to accomplish to reshape my eyebrows. I go there religiously. I was a bit skeptical coming here because I figured the reviews sounded too good to be true but then my mom had told me she comes here and she is always happy how they leave her brows. Anyways I decided to give it a try since the last threading place I was going to completely shortened and thinned one brow which became the last straw for me. I came in here and sabina did my brows I explained to her what happened and she told me what areas needed more time to grow and what parts she was going to thread and she also took her time she didn't pull on my skin, no cuts at all and I also got my lip done pain free as well.
