She works closely with you or your marketing people via email. The site is totally customized for the customer, page by page, and best of all she does not move on until you are satisfied. Last year I tried to update my 7 y.o. site, but the product was totally unacceptable and I never launched it. Never the less, it was about 90% paid for before finalizing and a I ended up losing about $1800! I decided an entire re-write would be necessary. I figured there had to be some talent in the Bay Area! My usual contact (Chamber of Commerce) told me about Saras and I called. We had a brief telephone conversation and found she could work within my time frame. She emailed a questionnaire that helped us both 'get on the same page'. She mailed a contract which wasn't a 10-15 pages of features selling an over priced 'marketing' agency! Her agreement was 2 pages summarizing what was expected from each party, plus a very good price! Direct, easy too communicate with, responsive. Addressed my apprehension...HIRED, (and glad I did)! The final product is great. Been out there about a six weeks... changing designs and hosts didn't lose any rankings... probably gained some! I found this company through Yelp, along with several others, but Cesar quoted me the best rate,…read morealong with some promises, so I decided to give them a try. One of the smartest things I did was ask him to write down the specific work his team would perform based on the quoted rate, since I only wanted a partial house cleaning. I was surprised when Cesar showed up by himself that day without any helpers, as this job typically requires two people and usually takes 1-2 hours. Even more surprising was that he tried to choose which tasks he wanted to complete and skipped many essential ones. For example, he neglected to clean the shower pan until I pointed it out, cleaned the bedroom, but didn't do any dusting, and didn't remove the small floor mats while cleaning the floors. He insisted he would only clean the laminated floor and not the tile floor until I showed him the contract, which stated that all floors were included. There were many other issues with his cleaning, leading to a long list of concerns. Eventually, he admitted that he only supervises workers now and hasn't done any cleaning himself for several years. His workers were busy in Palo Alto and Cupertino, which made me feel like my house in the East Bay was not good enough for him. It felt as if he thought he could just come over, do a lackluster job, and waste my time under the guise of 'supervision.' I attempted to give him a second chance by requesting his workers to come over this time, but he never replied to my text messages. If the owner does not care about his customers or the reputation of his company, that speaks volumes about the level of service you can expect from this business.

AVOID THIS POSTNET LOCATION - DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH IMPORTANT MAIL …read more I rented my mailbox through Anytime Mailbox, with this PostNet location handling my physical mail. I was a customer for about 2 years without problems until Genet started working there. Since then, two of my items have gone missing and were never located. First, genet lost a limited-edition collectible magazine I receive by subscription. She couldn't find it, but somehow it was later marked as "picked up" even though I NEVER received it. At the same time, she said she was still looking for it. How can it be marked picked up while she is supposedly still searching for it? And when i was there she said she probably shredded it together with other mails. Wait a second - how you can you even do this with my name on that mail. How can you recycle something that meant to be picked up by customer. He answer was simple - people do mistakes. Meanwhile, another item that I actually picked up 3 months earlier was still showing in my account, and I was being charged storage fees for something I no longer had there. Still missed magazine and no problem solved , and next time I go there guess what? she lost it again. The second time - right after missing 1 item when i came second time, genet lost important official mail from the Department of Building. I came to collect it and Genet again could not find it. Instead she gave me mail I had requested to be recycled, while the important letter was missing. She said - we dont have any other mails to you . even my mail from department of building was scanned in their system and ready to pick up. I don't know whether the wrong mail was recycled, but the fact remains: my important mail disappeared and was never found. And after realizing she was wrong she marked it as completed pick up when i was there. Instead of apologizing, taking responsibility, or finding my mail, Genet became rude and threatened to cancel my service and refuse to serve me. In my experience, she tried to protect herself rather than take responsibility for repeatedly losing my mail. I asked her why she marked it as picked up if i'm here and my mail is missing - she said she does not have and access to move back status and will ask morning customer service to do so and i will see changed status to "Ready to pick up" instead of wrongly marked as"Picked up" . of course it was again lies - she never did so. That morning - status was still picked up and she sent me email notification canceling my service. This is unacceptable. You don't lose a customer's mail twice and then threaten the customer because they demand answers. I have already discussed these problems with Anytime Mailbox and would much rather move to another location. A mailbox business has one basic job: KEEP YOUR MAIL SAFE AND GIVE IT TO YOU. This location failed at that twice, and both items are still missing. Based on my experience, Genet was incompetent, rude, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. She lost my mail twice in just 2 months working there, my items were never located, and instead of taking responsibility or apologizing, she gave me explanations that did not match what was shown in the system and then threatened to cancel my service when I demanded answers. I have never experienced this kind of behavior from someone responsible for handling customers' important mails. In my opinion, someone who cannot reliably handle customers' property, becomes hostile when questioned, and tries to avoid responsibility for mistakes SHOULD NOT BE WORKING in a customer-facing position or handling people's mail at all. Do not trust this PostNet location with important mail. If they keep workers like that it shows their face. Very sad that anytimemail cooperate with such bad location for their service. I strongly recommend choosing another Anytime Mailbox location. I hope this postnet location will be close and never work as a business so no other people will deal with their rude and incompetence service.

The first time I met her was a powerful, serendipitous encounter. Dasha became a co-creatix and a channel for a number of my personal manifestations. It's been my desire to sing - something that I've felt self conscious about for many years. This is the one area in my life that I still carry hang ups about. Meeting my shadow head on, I've set a clear intention to start sharing my voice a few days before meeting Dasha. A day before our encounter, on the International Women's Day, the universe began to answer my call. I was dancing in ecstasy to my friends' beautiful fusion of drums and guitar as a Sister Goddess Dhyana started creating a song on the spot. She suddenly turned to me and commanded "SING!" I was startled by this clear request from the universe speaking through her, but I didn't skip a bit and answered the call. Together we co-created a song called "Woman Rising". The next day Dhyana invited me to come along and meet her coach, Dasha. Within minutes of meeting Dasha and sharing about our song, Dasha coordinated for our song to be recorded by a professional producer and her housemate Mike Barnes. I found myself flowing and sharing my voice with ease in this beautiful, safe container as Dasha, Dhyana and I sang our hearts and wombs out. We spent hours singing, dancing, playing and co-creating magic. It was also a miracle to get the chance to play the drum of my Siberian ancestors, that just happened to be at Dasha's house. This was also something that I've put out to the universe as of late. Just to top it all off, as a cherry on top of this already exceptional day, Dasha had generously gifted me an entire beautiful, white macrame outfit from her closet! It was the same outfit that I spotted in the town of Tulum just a week or 2 earlier and thought to myself "I WANT!!!" I have so much love & gratitude for Dasha. For anyone considering working or collaborating with her, I say "GO FOR IT" You will not be disappointed.
