As broker/owner of a leading boutique real estate firm, my advice for Sellers is to explore the difference between a home's value and a home's worth. The best and only way to charge a premium above fair market value is to focus on lifestyle. Good listings sell homes. Excellent listings sell lifestyle. To rise above the crucible of competition, our listing photography must reach beyond professional grade, and be truly epic. We need to reach Buyers viscerally, and every detail matters. Going on 20 years in this industry, I have rarely come across another outfit who grasps this as fully as Aerial Canvas. When Aerial Canvas came to our market, I was instantly struck by their amazing talent pool. They hire best-of-breed photographers, drone pilots, 3D tour experts, film editors, web developers, and production managers, etc. They are so far ahead of the competition, their work shines like a beacon. Beyond shooting inspired photography, with great lighting, angles, equipment, and style... Aerial Canvas also delivers a complete set of media deliverables that add value to my presentation, including a turnkey, property-specific, consumer-facing website. The site is organized so elegantly, and so powerfully, that I can confidently send it to anyone, for any use-case, and trust with 100% confidence that they will be wowed. Their back-end services are friendly, intuitive, instructive, and always available. Virtually no tech knowledge is required to edit the site by myself. And it even comes with analytics I can show clients that measure my impact. I cannot recommend Aerial Canvas highly enough. If you are looking to build your brand, let these guys take your business to the next level. read more

I own a boutique personal training studio...I put in the hours at the studio to make it aesthetically pleasing to the eye. I want our prospective clients to feel like the studio is an extension to their home. It's' not just a gym. It's a feeling. Now that my studio is complete I thought it would be a great time to capture its energy. I have taken many photos in which I have posted on social media for the world to see but since I am not equipped with the proper equipment I can't highlight the things I want highlighted. Such as a virtual tour of my studio and aerial photos. Its a fact that today we live in a mobile world therefore many prospects do a lot more of their shopping online then they did in the past. For this reason I reached out to Aerial Canvas. I initially was interviewed by Adrian who is probably the best example of customer service I have ever come across. Adrian introduced me to Colby. We started by talking about my business; who we are, what we're all about, and why I'm so excited to do this photo shoot. We discuss the look I'm hoping to achieve, shots I would like to be highlighted, drone footage, the works. Then we worked on a shot list; Colby suggested I create a Pinterest board to share with him or to simply share photos/videos that inspire me from Instagram. We talked about everything I would need to feel completely confident that he had a great sense of what I wanted the day of your shoot.  The virtual tour and aerial photography Colby did for me allows my prospective clients to visually respond to what they see in my location. Some fall in love with the high ceilings and space, some fall in love with the line of equipment we have while others may fall in love with the mere fact that we have a clean bathroom with a shower. Let's face it, sometimes hiring a pro is just the right thing to do. If you'd like to save yourself some time and maybe even money, consider hiring a professional photographer like Colby from Aerial Canvas to come in and knockout your photos. He's attentive to detail, has professional's eye, and easy to work with. Best of all, it's one less thing you will need to do. FIT SF Personal Training San Mateo read more

For those of you scheduling last minute photoshoots with Aerial Canvas, please be wary of their internal reservation confirmation process. I got a few solicitation calls from Austin so when my usual photographer wasn't available, I decided to give them a try. I scheduled a Saturday shoot on that Wednesday (3 days before) and got a confirmation email right away. On Friday (the day before the shoot) I get a call from Melody that they were not able to book any photographers so they would have to cancel the appointment. This is a multi-unit property that I had to schedule for tenants to leave to be able to shoot, and now I'm about to inconvenience the tenants and Seller one more time before we even go live on the market. I was so mad!! I wish they could have told me immediately that no photographers were available so I don't have to scramble to find one the day before the scheduled shoot. I understand a growing company trying to expand into new markets will have some growing pains, but this experience was just too unprofessional. The vendors I use affect the experience my clients have and I just can't have this happen again. Thankfully, another company was able to squeeze me into their busy schedule + 1 star for Melody trying to make it work and eventually finding a photographer that can make the schedule. Unfortunately, I didn't want to take another chance and booked a different company read more

One of my colleagues at Coldwell Banker was constantly talking about the great photography he had received through Aerial Canvas so I switched vendors and decided to give them a try. They did not disappoint and have done a great job on all my listings this year! The interior photos and aerial photos for one of my listings could not have turned out any better than they did. It really made a difference in my marketing and bringing people to view the property. That listing sold for $500,000 over asking and I can tell that the photography made a difference. I want to sing the praises of the entire team at Aerial Canvas! My listing in Sonoma for $5,000,000 needed some extra attention and did I ever receive it! The two photographers, Jesse and Bryan, were absolutely stellar in their approach and execution, both professionally and artistically. Plus they were so much fun to work with! They did both lengthy and short videos, day, twilight, drone and lifestyle photos that were perfection! I also ordered floor plans of the main house, guest cottage and wine/entertainment room. I am lucky enough to have worked with Aerial Canvas in a couple different capacities. I was first introduced to Aerial Canvas over a year ago. A colleague of mine had always admired their work and thought of them as the pinnacle of real estate photography and aerial videography. Then, we got a chance to partner with them for one of our large Silicon Valley Real Producers Magazine social events and they proved that to be true. They brought out their team in numbers and everyone from Brendan to Dean to Adrian (just to name a few) and the entire team was a pleasure to work with. You can tell they are a team that is fun, friendly, hard-working, talented, and dedicated. We also used Aerial Canvas again for our most recent listing San Mateo. The marketing of our listings is at the forefront of our brand and we only partner with the best vendors. Now, more than ever, real estate photos and videos are the most valuable part of the marketing work we do from our listing flyers to social media platforms to email marketing and taking customers on a virtual tour. We knew when we hired them on that we would be in good hands, but as always, they exceeded expectations. First and foremost, we are always impressed by their work. The photography and aerial videography is clean, lighting amazing, and the quality of their work is top-notch. I love working with Brendan, he's always extremely responsive, quick to respond, and a friendly, solutions-based, client-first, problem-solver. Second, they delivered the final product smoothly and timely. Their commitment to excellence and attention to detail are some of the things I appreciate most. Finally, I love that they bring a modern creativity met with extreme professionalism. They are truly the best real estate photographer/videographer we have had the pleasure of working with. We highly recommend them and look forward to using them again for all of our real estate needs! read more

I've been working with Aerial Canvas and particularly Austin and Mikey for years. From a $500,000 condo to a $12 million dollar estate. They come through with spectacular photography, aerials, custom touches and instant communication. On a 7,000 sq.ft. home they did stills, aerial/drone images and video, Matterport, 3D floor plan, images to tvs, flames in fireplaces, plus a stunning website and video. I can count on them to make me and the rest of the Wisdom team look good! Recently they made a flat dirt backyard come alive with a virtual pool, landscaping and outdoor kitchen! It helped the buyers visualize what could be done! read more

Nothing but First Class from the first call to the finished product. I just got everything back from the shoot and it's absolute fire!
