The best and only way to charge a premium above fair market value is to focus on lifestyle. Good listings sell homes. Excellent listings sell lifestyle. To rise above the crucible of competition, our listing photography must reach beyond professional grade, and be truly epic. We need to reach Buyers viscerally, and every detail matters. Going on 20 years in this industry, I have rarely come across another outfit who grasps this as fully as Aerial Canvas. When Aerial Canvas came to our market, I was instantly struck by their amazing talent pool. They hire best-of-breed photographers, drone pilots, 3D tour experts, film editors, web developers, and production managers, etc. They are so far ahead of the competition, their work shines like a beacon. Beyond shooting inspired photography, with great lighting, angles, equipment, and style... Aerial Canvas also delivers a complete set of media deliverables that add value to my presentation, including a turnkey, property-specific, consumer-facing website. The site is organized so elegantly, and so powerfully, that I can confidently send it to anyone, for any use-case, and trust with 100% confidence that they will be wowed. Their back-end services are friendly, intuitive, instructive, and always available. Virtually no tech knowledge is required to edit the site by myself. And it even comes with analytics I can show clients that measure my impact. I cannot recommend Aerial Canvas highly enough. If you are looking to build your brand, let these guys take your business to the next level.

I want our prospective clients to feel like the studio is an extension to their home. It's' not just a gym. It's a feeling. Now that my studio is complete I thought it would be a great time to capture its energy. I have taken many photos in which I have posted on social media for the world to see but since I am not equipped with the proper equipment I can't highlight the things I want highlighted. Such as a virtual tour of my studio and aerial photos. Its a fact that today we live in a mobile world therefore many prospects do a lot more of their shopping online then they did in the past. For this reason I reached out to Aerial Canvas. I initially was interviewed by Adrian who is probably the best example of customer service I have ever come across. Adrian introduced me to Colby. We started by talking about my business; who we are, what we're all about, and why I'm so excited to do this photo shoot. We discuss the look I'm hoping to achieve, shots I would like to be highlighted, drone footage, the works. Then we worked on a shot list; Colby suggested I create a Pinterest board to share with him or to simply share photos/videos that inspire me from Instagram. We talked about everything I would need to feel completely confident that he had a great sense of what I wanted the day of your shoot.  The virtual tour and aerial photography Colby did for me allows my prospective clients to visually respond to what they see in my location. Some fall in love with the high ceilings and space, some fall in love with the line of equipment we have while others may fall in love with the mere fact that we have a clean bathroom with a shower. Let's face it, sometimes hiring a pro is just the right thing to do. If you'd like to save yourself some time and maybe even money, consider hiring a professional photographer like Colby from Aerial Canvas to come in and knockout your photos. He's attentive to detail, has professional's eye, and easy to work with. Best of all, it's one less thing you will need to do. FIT SF Personal Training San Mateo

I decided to try different cameraman immediately since it is so important to present my coming soon property and worthy to have professional photo and 3D walk-through. I called Jack and he scheduled the following day since I was waiting photo to open my house. Thanks for the fast response. 2) He stayed in my home for over 3 hours and the previous cameraman stayed here for 30 minutes. Thanks for the professionalism and attitude.   3) The following day before 8 am after photo day, Jack finished all work with amazing efficiency. 4) I was shocked when getting my photo and 3D walk-through.  Jack provided two versions for web with lower resolution and printed version with high resolution. They are all named and ranked with sequential number with rational logic, and they all look so beautiful with right angle and color background. Thanks for your consideration. Amazing! I can clearly see he devotes all his heart to take care of my expectation! Thanks, Jack!

I contacted SVP after our real estate agent said it would be 2+ weeks before his photographer could fit us in. SVP responded with in hours and was able to schedule for the next day. The beautiful, fully edited photos were delivered the following day. They were able to provide a stunning "twilight" shot even though they came at 10:30 in the morning. (Yay for mad Photoshop skills!) Side note: our agent took his own not-awesome photos and posted on MLS. I'm attaching a comparison. Photography is so important, especially in the Covid-19 era where there are no open-houses.

Dealing with Andy, the property manager, has been close to a nightmare. He has very low customer service skills and makes you feel like your option doesn't matter. He gets really defensive when you ask about bills or reach out to him about basically anything. You have to pay monthly for parking $75 a month and can only have one spot and if you park a 2nd car in guest parking you may get towed causing constant anxiety. I think they need to have the option to obtain parking permits for a 2nd vehicle. Other than that this building is clean and well kept. If they decide to replace Andy, we will likely renew our lease. Until then we won't.

We were on the buying end of a transaction involving Sequoia Realty Services and Alicia Nardini…read more One thing that stood out to us was the exaggeration of the square footage in the MLS. While it may seem like a minor thing to some, there were 3 different square footage numbers. 1. Alicia Nardini's of Sequoia Realty Services square footage number of 1560 square feet. 2. County Records of 1525 square feet. 3. Actual measured square feet by appraiser of 1463 sq/ft which is a difference of almost 100 square feet, or a 10x10 room, compared to the listing agent's (Alicia Nardini) claim on the MLS. This misrepresentation, however minor depending on how you view it, created some issues on the appraisal especially at the sale of the home years later and in a hot market where contingencies are often waived, there wasn't many options left for us. I noticed that Alicia Nardini is mentioned in another unfavorable review on Yelp for a deceptive/misleading listing regarding the city. It certainly makes me wonder and hopefully will allow you as a reader to consider the facts and experiences of others. We felt wronged here and hope others can benefit from our education. We learned a valuable lesson and it certainly hurt our view of Sequoia Realty Services and Alicia Nardini. Make your own judgment and learn from this experience. Thanks for reading.
