We purchased four housings in early October and had them installed in our new kitchen ceiling. Two trims were not available however we were told they were on order from Toronto. Long story short, we had no customer service from Anne, she would not return our calls as to where the trims were or when they would arrive. Just completely ignored us by not calling or making up stories when we called her. I finally spoke to another sales person on December 19th and found that the trims were only now being manufactured in China and would not arrive until the new year. In the meantime our kitchen ceiling was looking as it does in the photo. Well, Leigh R (if you are still with/part owner of Norburn, and or Robinson Lighting, if you are associated with Norburn, I think that you should take a closer look at some of the reviews and take them more seriously. You can cancel my order for the trims, by the way.

One of the boxes arrived completely destroyed and contained random parts from three different systems. We contacted customer service immediately and made multiple calls over the span of two months -- often waiting on hold for hours -- and were repeatedly assured the issue would be resolved. After all that wasted time and effort, we were told that the only option was to disassemble everything and return the items for a refund -- as if they were doing us a favor. By that point, the units were partially assembled and the boxes were long gone, which any reasonable customer would expect not to need anymore. They refused to reimburse us for the packaging or offer any alternative solution. Given the amount of time we already spent trying to resolve this issue, the company should have issued a full refund without requiring further inconvenience. Instead, they asked us to spend even more time disassembling the product and arranging shipment, which shows a complete lack of respect for their customers' time and effort. Disorganized, unprofessional, and dishonest. Stay far away from this company.

Even if not buying anything in particular, this is a great place to take a stroll in and admire all the different plants that are available. And although the store is somewhat small, there's alot of selection available. The prices are a tad high compared to other stores, but some plants were on sale so those weren't too badly priced.
