This time I learned she has been feeling nauseous as she was put on speaker phone during my checkout. Rude and stand-offish is how I would describe my overall experience here. Was never asked if I needed help with sizing while trying things on and had to come out half clothed to get another size. I went to the car and saw she overcharged me for a sweatshirt. I went back in for my refund and was told she couldn't refund my tax and told me I was out the money because her system wouldn't refund my taxes. She kept repeating that she could refund my taxes even though it was her error. Never apologized. I had her call the owner and they eventually worked it out by making me rebuy the sweatshirt and taking it off of the purchase price. She had attitude the entire time. I will NEVER shop here again.

In the past 5 days, I spent over $200 for my 6 yr old granddaughter who loves shopping for clothes, and for her birthday in June, I had promised to take her shopping, she is a super little fashionista, so I absolutely LOVE shopping with her. The man who claimed to be the manager on duty at this store completely ruined what was supposed to be a special shopping day for my 6 yr old granddaughter and I, today was her birthday and I wanted to buy more clothes for her since my daughter who had recently divorced could not afford to take them shopping, what a shame! I will NEVER go back to this store.

The ruffles, my God, the ruffles! The sequins! I was in heaven. Then I found that the store had virtually nothing over a size medium, and your girl is a comfortable XL/XXL. Disappointing is an understatement. The store is 92% size XS-M, 7% size L, and 1% size XL. I'm not exaggerating. Now, from an unbiased standpoint, the shop has a lot of great women's clothing, gifts, candles, accessories, and children's clothing. The prices aren't cheap so be prepared, but the items are unique.

So we went back to the soccer section to find a different one. Oh look THE EXACT SOCCER BALL WE ORDERED!!!!! Right on the shelf. So then we brought it back up to the front they said we had to purchase it again. Excuse me?!?? I have the order right here. It was online too, the store was the only ones who couldn't see it. After an HOUR of back and forth they FINALLY agreed to call customer service, at MY suggestion. Like why was that not the first thought. And guess what, THEY COULD SEE THE ORDER TOO! Steve was not accommodating nor TRIED to find any solutions to fix the issue other than "just buy it again". Didn't look for a coupon to help offset cost since I had used bucks on the order. Nothing. Just rude. Called customer service. They said the only time that happens is when the store cancels the order!! So all of that confusion and all they had to do was apologies for canceling the order. They just didn't even look because there were plenty there. Completely ridiculous

The prices don't always seem like they are a bargain, so you really need to know what you're looking for and at what price you're willing to pay. There is definitely something for everyone. I was on a quest for finding a new Easter dress and hubby wanted to go to Columbia. There is a cute play area for the little kids and this visit I noticed a couple of food trucks that I had never seen before. This parking lot is a little wonky and not very easy to get in/out and around. Signage could be better as well. During the Fall/Christmas time it is definitely much more busy. We came midweek and during the day, so there was plenty of parking and it wasn't crowded at all.
