I was asked whether I wanted a credit (no, I didn't buy them) and said I would like replacement flowers. The florist delivered 5 fully opened roses, nothing close to the color or type of flowers that had wilted. It was if they said we can get rid of these roses that are close to gone and make it right. Not even close. I saw what the flowers cost and can tell you I will never order or recommend this florist.

She had called to explain that a particular flower of the arrangement I had chosen wasn't available and offered other options. She didn't have my spot prepared quite yet (she is working on that this week), but she tucked me into a large pot so that I could stretch my legs after shipping. I tell you, traveling that way in a box is almost as bad as an airplane trip these days. Anyway, thank you Gardens of the Blue Ridge for making a commitment to growing the finest native plants. Babes delivered another arrangement, Halloween Glen, instead of the arrangement she had asked for and more importantly had paid much, much more! She had ordered Trick-or-Treat Bouquet It was A LOT different from the Halloween Glow. I am writing this for my friend who sent the bouquet. She called Babes and a clerk acknowledged that the wrong arrangement had been sent out. Know what they offered in compensation? 20% refund and 20% discount on any future order! First of all she will never order anything from their store again and 20% doesn't even get close to her lost! My friend and I do not recommend Babes for any tele services (long distant by phone). It may be better for in person services, I just don't know.
