I talked to Wanda and I told her I needed a very special arrangement for a friend's daughter who is battling cancer. I told Wanda that this women's favorite color was red and I talked about something I saw on their website. However it wasn't their website it was one of these 1-800 numbers that don't do arrangements. As Wanda explained to me those companies, FTD, put pictures that look nice and when you call them, after taking your money, they in turn call businesses in the city where you want your flowers to come from and ask if they can make a bouquet like what you wanted. I don't know who makes all the money but I think it's the 1-800 companies. I was warned about this years ago from a friend who worked in a florist shop. Bottom line call Clements directly. The recipient said the bouquet was stunning and it was the nicest arrangement she had seen in years. Call Clements. They are great people.

Unfortunately, the last few visits has been due to deaths in our family, most recently being my mother's sister(my aunt). We have used Clements as our go to florist several times , with this being no different. Due to arriving into town a few days before the funeral , we made a mad dash to Clements to see if they could have a flower arrangement made for the next day. The lady and gentleman( I apologize for not getting their names)who greeted my mother, my daughters, and myself as if we were old friends. They were so warm, courteous, and accommodating. They were more than happy to make sure our request would be handled with the short time we provided and utmost care. With prices increasing everyday, this arrangement more than exceeded our expectations. The gentleman gave us a handful of beautiful flowers, just because. With the sad circumstances that we were facing , this put a smile on all of our faces. Again, we've been here several times and have always been treated in the most heart warming way. I wasn't able to obtain a picture but I can assure you they were exactly what I ordered. It was gorgeous!! Thank you Clement's. Hopefully we can come back for a more joyous occasion and order some more of your beautiful flower arrangements.

All the vendors involved from cake, florist, officiant, photographer, and videographer were amazing to work with. Cassie was outstanding to coordinate with - she helped us through every step of the process. Meghan Rolfe was also such an amazing photographer. We also worked with Heartistree Studios for our wedding video and could not have been happier with the final product. I loved that EO gave the option to have a true elopement OR a micro-wedding. After emailing back and forth with Meghan, we pretty much had everything decided-- it was that easy! As we got closer to the wedding, I was in contact with Cassie, who could not have been more sweet! She made sure I was kept in the loop the whole time and made sure to address any questions or concerns really quickly. Our officiant, Michael, was great and really listened to what we wanted. He was also super cool about us adding our own vows with only about a month til the wedding. Our photographer, Amy, was also really sweet and very understanding when makeup was a bit late. Although I haven't seen pictures yet, I'm confident that they'll be beautiful. We had a very small ceremony (8 guests) at The Cabin Ridge in Hendersonville. What an amazing venue!! Pictures don't even do this place justice. The guys and gals had separate cabins to get ready in, which was perfect for hair and makeup and avoiding wrinkled suits from the car. The wedding day assistant, Ginny, was a dream to work with and even put up my arch decor while I got ready! If you're looking for something that takes the normal "wedding stress" off the table, Elope Outdoors is it. They took care of the photography, flowers, officiant and venue. Although a bit biased, our family said it was the best wedding they've been to. :)

Babes delivered another arrangement, Halloween Glen, instead of the arrangement she had asked for and more importantly had paid much, much more! She had ordered Trick-or-Treat Bouquet It was A LOT different from the Halloween Glow. I am writing this for my friend who sent the bouquet. She called Babes and a clerk acknowledged that the wrong arrangement had been sent out. Know what they offered in compensation? 20% refund and 20% discount on any future order! First of all she will never order anything from their store again and 20% doesn't even get close to her lost! My friend and I do not recommend Babes for any tele services (long distant by phone). It may be better for in person services, I just don't know.
