We have enrolled them to Lullaboo since they were one year old, starting from infant room, then Toddler room and all the way to Pre-school and Before/After school program. We have had a chance to get to know most of their staff over the past 4 years :) Staff are very friendly, caring and courteous. The centre is kept very clean. Their chef is a nice lady who prepares fresh meal on a daily basis for all the rooms with extra caution for those who have food restrictions. They provide fresh & nutritious food and fruits. The centre opens early at 7 and closes late at 6.30pm which is great. My kids have learned a lot of stuff in Lullaboo childcare and we have enjoyed seeing them that every day they learn something new. They have shown interest in watching French cartoons (because of French class in Lullaboo) and they sing different rhymes every now and then both in English and French. We get the daily report and know what has happened on a daily basis, what our sons have eaten, learned, etc. the only downside of the report is that the font is very small for checking emails from a computer, but it is ideal for checking by mobile. Overall, We are very happy about our choice to enrol our sons in Lullaboo Maple and I highly recommend them to everyone. I'd also like to thank and appreciate all the staff because of their hard work.

We believe that all children have the right to quality care and education in a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment. Lullaboo’s environment facilitates learning opportunities while supporting social, emotional, cognitive and physical development of children. Our philosophy is based on child development principles, centering on the concept of interaction and exploration during play as a natural way of learning. As children interact with materials and their peers, they clarify and extend their understanding of the world. This also encourages children to become responsible, productive, problem solving individuals, capable of independence and self-regulation.

Our boys have learned so much this year and are so excited to come to centre and engage with the teachers and friends. I also enrolled them in another different lessons. We love their HiMama app which updates us on their daily activities including what they had to eat and pictures of artwork and playtime. We recommend We Care Childcare to any parent looking for a safe and friendly daycare!

So I know she has been a challenge to staff but they have been patient, kind and understanding and she loves them. She asks every morning if we can go to daycare. Since attending her manners have improved, she is always singing a new song and has mastered her counting and ABC's. They have offered routine and stability and lots of fun for my wee one. It's nice to get the daily report everyday of what she did and pictures to see what she was doing. The teachers are also always willing to chat and share about her day at pick up time. It's a small program so you know she is getting good individual care and is not lost in the numbers of bigger programs. I love that there are only 2 rooms, and that they interact on special occasions and at the beginning and end of the day. I think getting to be with the "big kids" has been fun and provided a challenge to my daughter. When we arrive and leave, every kid not only knows my daughter but even me. That homey feel is exactly what we needed for our first care experience.

The leadership is transparent and works with parents to get the best education and care for the children. Both my kids went to this daycare and I am very thankful for all the teachers who worked with my kids when they had behavioural problems, working together with us to solve any issues. They helped shape my children into better humans and I'm eternally grateful for all their hard work. They offer concentrated music, art, French and Yoga classes, occasional special activities like a bubble show and my kids were excited to attend. The space is very clean, and quality of the food is amazing - overall, you won't regret sending your kids here, and my only worry now is that my expectations for future teachers may be to high as I now have a very high standard to compare to.

In the end; We have enrolled our youngest son who's now 30 month old, with vaughan kids daycare. Due to his age, he had to be transitioned from one age group class to the next, in a short period of time, something I was not 100% comfortable with at first, but this ended up being a very smooth and unrushed transition, with supervision of the staff members he already knew, starting with short visits at a time, which were stretched out weekly, until he was ready, Due to that, we had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know most of the staff and 2 of the classrooms. He didn't have to wear any silly uniforms (which in my opinion; a 2 year old should not have to do) he got to be him. Our child who originally was extremely uncomfortable, shy and anxious around 'strangers' cried his poor little eyes out for the first little while. BUT Thanks to their 'open' door policy; This child care was the first to allow us as many visits and in class visits as we liked or felt needed, To help our son transition... Thanks to that and the warm hearted staff, Our child warmed up so quickly, to the kids and his teachers, supervisors and the owner, made friends and developed close relationships. In his first weeks, if he felt uncomfortable they took turns, with having him as their 'helper' therefore they would distract him by walking around, visiting the babies and other classes. All children are different, Some of the children who get more homesick then others; including mine, would also get cuddled and rocked when very upset.... They felt love, warmth... Rather then ignoring the child and having him 'adapt' Recently; He not only started eating Independently; he started EATING in general! Perhaps it's their organic menu, perhaps it's their technique... But certainly was never force fed, like other child cares in the area. If my child did not like what was on the menu, he was given options! The staff take preferences and especially allergies very seriously! He also started speaking in full sentences, singing the alphabet recognizing letters, numbers, his name and much more! YES the staff is young, and yes they hire new help when necessary, but the regulars are all there....and they are all so great! Educated, Friendly and knowledgable, at every pick up they give you, your child's break down of his day... And even have a chart of what he ate, how he slept, and bathroom visits ...: My child always comes home clean, fed, changed, and now suddenly potty trained! Yes there have been a few minor hiccups, (with my high standards, like most moms) but it never hurts to speak up, since I'm very specific with how I like my child cared for.... But the staff always respects and understood that. They go for walks, they have an amazing outdoor play area, with patted ground, slides, sand box, basketball nets and lots of toys, the children are always occupied indoor and outdoor with projects, games, singing and small performances,.. My husband or Myself are there daily, and I have never ever seen any of the classrooms use TVs... The staff is so hands on, Even if my child arrives after breakfast they always ask if he is eaten, or would like a snack. If my child prefers his lovey toy, they make sure it's taken care off, if my child prefers one snack over the other they always offer it to him. So far so good !

Avoid at any cost. My son didnt drink a single sip of water the entire week. Staff said its ok.read more
