Rather than providing the info, Staff suggest me to visit Apple website, not being helpful, just wanna get paid & go home. Yet another i-want-to-be-an-apple-store-but-i'm-not shop. Clean, white, woody, it has a few ipads and ipods on display, a handful of macs, and a small selection of accessories for them all. Utter waste of time! Looked for a Genius Bar on the Apple website to fix my iPhone whilst I was away on business. It listed the iStore. Sufficiently similar aesthetics to think it's an Apple Store. It really isn't! Doesn't offer same day services (although the non-existent email I should have received said this), which is utterly pointless. I could have posted it for a slow service! Phone under warranty but they wouldn't replace it. Have now booked into a proper Genius Bar in Southampton. read more

Another lie. You guys are very good at it. On my first visit your staff had thorough look at it and agreed to exchange. You should have told that I can't exchange on my first visit itself not on the fifth visit. Be honest even if you are not good-willing. read more
