Apple made Battersea Power Station their UK HQ in 2023, and to go alongside it, they've opened an Apple Store here, the store is located as part of the development of the site which features many other retailers and eateries.
The store looks and feels new, and the interior is rather unique, especially for a mall location, the layout of the store is clearly set out, with a wood-coloured theme some white around the store, and some seating where you can relax.
They have a nice selection of Apple Products, I mainly visited to take a look at the Apple Watch straps, for my new Series 9, which I purchased at a heavy discount from Argos, but they had pretty much everything you'd expect to find in an Apple Store from Apple Watch to Mac, from iPhone to iPad, from AirPods to Vision Pro.
I was slightly let down by the service here, while the staff were friendly, they seemed really understaffed, and there was no one at the front of the store to greet customers and/or check them in for Genius Bar appointments or to get them in the right place, the staff seemed friendly enough, but they were struggling with how busy it gets. I do much prefer the Apple Stores at Covent Garden and Brompton Road elsewhere in London for service.
4* - A very attractive store in a rather exciting area of the city, far from the best Apple Store in London but it is very good for a mall location and I would return. read more
