The lady who helped us set up our account was friendly and honest. She answered all our questions, and was also super sweet to my daughter. The price was great. The size of the locker was very good, especially how tall they are. Lots of room for stacking. The climate control is great. Very comfortable, and keeps things like candles from melting and other items from getting destroyed in the heat. The long hours of gate access are also helpful, as are the office being open until 6:00. Next time i need a storage locker, im going back to cubesmart again.

I told them I could not come in to cancel due to an exposure quarantine being in place for me and they told me I could not cancel my unit by phone. I told them the unit was empty and I was done with it, however I could not come in. They said you have to come on and we cannot cancel by phone...so when I was able to come in again I did and then they wanted to charge me the monthly fee plus a late fee. The situation was far beyond my control, yet they could control how they treated me afterwards. They chose to send me to collections instead of being decent human beings. I said "fine, I will pay it an then I am also going to share my experience with your business and hopefully prevent others from being treated in this way as well." I highly recommend running from this place and taking your business to a company that has compassion for people and isn't just money hungry.

When I went up there she locked me out of the office. I sat in the car while trying to reach the corporate office. No luck you can't even talk to anyone. A little while later she is outside the car acting like she doesn't know who I am. I got out and went into the office and then she started showing her real colors. No refunds, I came there to put the lock back on the storage unit and wasn't allowed in. So she called the police and I waited. The police told me people had been sleeping in the hallways and for the longest time the gate was broken. They breached their contract for no security but let's go after the senior citizen after being ripped off for a scrappy storage establishment. Don't say I haven't warned you. Stay away!!
