They didn't mention a corkage fee and I didn't notice one on the bill, although another reviewer has said it's 10%. We paid just over £35 for burrata, two (huge) pizzas, and tiramisu.

We ordered on Deliveroo at 7:50 pm and the estimated delivery time was 30 - 60 minutes. As the hour approached (the latest the delivery should have been) the app said that the restaurant was still making our order. The app continued to extend the delivery time until we had been waiting two hours and fifteen and the restaurant was due to close. At this point the Deliveroo rider had been waiting at the restaurant for 15 minutes. We were growing increasingly anxious that we wouldn't get our food (that they would cancel the order) and then we wouldn't be able to get food because it was getting so late. The app had no way to contact the restaurant, but said to call the restaurant directly. I tried to call the restaurant multiple times and recieved both line busy messages and had my calls be hung up on. We called repeatedly and repeatedly got no answer. Finally, at 10:25 the rider got our pizza (2.5 hours after we had ordered), but we didn't get to eat until 10:40... A bit frustrating. Like I said, the food is good, but the lack of timeliness, the lack of communication... it was incredibly unprofessional and honestly anxiety inducing. At least have a message on your restaurant number. And if you're SO busy you can't do delivery... don't offer it as an option.

Went to GB Pizza Co in Didsbury last night (they also have a location in Margate) and had a…read moredelicious pizza. We went on Monday because every main pizza on Monday (in the Didsbury location) is just £5. They also have some other offices: Wednesday is buy one get one half price. And Monday to Thursday, 12-5pm: all main menu pizzas are just five pounds. (Thats what it says on their web site, but I think I read it as 12-4pm while in restaurant so you may want to double check with them). The restaurant is conveniently located very close to the West Didsbury tram station. The location on Google Maps is a little bit too far down the road - GB Pizza Co is located on the right side of a group of shops and other restaurants. While waiting for a couple people to arrive, we ordered some cheesy garlic bread - although by the time it arrived everyone had arrived. The garlic bread was OK - it was VERY hot. For sure it had come direct from the oven! So be careful not to burn your mouth or fingers!! Took a while to decide what pizza I wanted (menu below). Quite a few sounded good. In the end I went for the Moon's Green mushroom & truffle salami, roasted garlic and white onion pizza. It was delicious!! Never had a pizza with white onion on it but I love onions so loved it!! The pizza was a very thin base - really thin (and crispy). I think its one of the best pizzas I have ever had! As good as the lovely pizza I had from Honest Crust the other day. (And of course Rudy's is really good too - but this pizza from GB Pizza Co may be a bit better!). GB Pizza Co has been recommended by many included The Good Food Guide, Time Out and the Observer Food Montlhy Awards - and I can see why!! When you want to pay, you need to go up to the bar. We asked for the bill and that came to the table. But then it was not clear if they were going to come back and we pay them or go to the bar. I think they need to mention when giving the bill and/or write it on bill or menu that you pay at the bar. So we ended up for a good few minutes just sitting and waiting!! So I would recommend going to GB Pizza Co! (They are also on Deliveroo). This is one of those times need half marks. If so, would be 4.5/5 because it was not "perfect". But the pizza was so good. Slight marks off because of the about the paying bit and how I think it was clear we were ready to pay.

23rd where have you been all my yelping life, in fact nay maybe more than my yelping life…read more So I took a break from my oriental expedition I've been doing for the last couple of months, you've gotta have a change, and I'm so glad I did and took a punt on this place. It's on the Just-eat app so that's always one of my first ticks. They deal in some serious Dough here and have clearly been listening to ladies complain about size (cos that's always about pizza right??) They only do one size of pizza... 20inch, yes 20inches of pizzarey goodness. Granted there are options to just order a slice or a half, but who would do such a thing! well maybe sensible people but I've never claimed to be that. Now I read some of the reviews and there were some unhappy people, but there were also a lot of very happy people and the happiness outweighed the sadness so it seemed reasonable they were 'blips' I also love sides, yes I'd just done a 20inch pizza but we've already established me food sensible is not a accurate thing and never will be. So seasoned & spices fries went on as well as Mozzarella sticks (technically it was part of a meal deal ok, I'm sucked in by advertising... when it's takeaway food... and supermarkets) I also chucked on a milkshake as one of my housemates a few weeks ago had one from another pizza place and it was amazing so I figured I'd see if these were the same type of shake (i.e. did everyone get theirs from the same place) or something a bit different. Now the actually behemoth of a pizza. I chose the veggie option, Peppers, Onions, Black Olives, Spinach amazing except for one minor detail, the veggie has one failing point missing from it. MEAT, but that's ok because I just added Tikka Chicken and sliced steak on it... BOOM! now we're ready. I ordered earlyish for a saturday I suppose 6.15, the app told me it would be with my at 7pm, many of the unhappy reviews had been about lateness but I wasn't too bothered it wasn't like I had anywhere to be I was settling in for a TV mammoth session of films. No need to worry though It arrived just before 7, brilliant... and it was at this point my brain registered how large a 20inch pizza is... :D .... :S ... :/ .... :D The pizza was delicious, my word I haven't had pizza this great in literally years I'm not even sure what pizza I could compare to it I was so happy with it, the ingredients were all full of flavour, the base was reasonably thin which meant you were just filling up on dough brilliant. Thin base did make the first couple of slices initially interesting to try and eat, but after those I was a pro at the physics of fold and lift. the BBQ dip that came with the pizza for the crusts had quite a spicey kick to it, the glaric herb mayo was standard. The base being thin though and not stodgy meant I could happily eat the crust without the dips for the most part. The fries good, seasoned not dissimilar to Almost Famous winning fries Mozzarella sticks, fine just what you expect from them The Milkshake... sadly this was bad, they talk about their milkshake being awesome thick affair for your tastebuds. But I think to keep it cold they pile in loads of crushed/shaved ice, so by the time it gets to you sadly its a watered down minimal flavour cup of disappointment. Oh well you live n learn, everything else meant I barely spent another moment thinking about it. Oh and the meal deal came with a large bottle of Fizzy drinkage... they have Fizzy Vimto it makes me so cuddly and fuzzy inside!!! Overall, I'm not bothering with another pizza place unless this place start messing up. I have definitely found what I'm after in pizza takeaway delivery goodness Some may say then why the 4 star, and you'd be right to question this place definitely ticked my boxes but if it wants 4 stares it'll have to perform consistently for that. Oh and for anyone thinking I'm some kind of food shoveling bin with all that food, of course it wasn't all eaten last night, I'm not that much of monster...... Todays lunch was delicious too

I'm almost certain I ordered a Steak Out, but what arrived was definitely a Meat Feast. A Meat…read moreFeast by any other name is still a Meat Feast, and is really not my favourite pizza. So we were off to a bad start. After picking off the bits of meat I found least appealing (pepperoni and chicken) it wasn't too bad. Nice as takeout style pizzas go. Also, huge. I wisely ordered a half pizza and could only eat two slices in one sitting. Mozzarella sticks were fine, nothing exciting. The deal cost me £12 with free delivery which is alright for the sheer amount of food you're getting. I would order from here again if I was after that sort of thing, though maybe over the phone so they can't send me the wrong pizza.

PRO TIP: If you're dining in, be sure to use the Pizza Express app, depending on your tier in their loyalty scheme, you can get a bunch of free items with your meal. As a gold member, I can receive rewards such as Bottled Water, a soft drink, a hot drink and dolcetti, dough balls and a Romana pizza upgrade, at no additional charge. It can be a little pricey here, but when combined with these offers, or other offers, such as Tesco Clubcard, it becomes much more affordable, especially as you can combine it with a Pizza Express gift card, which is often sold at 20% off at retailers such as Amazon and Tesco. I was able to get a table fairly easily, despite visiting on a fairly early Saturday, I was able to reserve a table via the Pizza Express mobile app, and was able to get a table for my party of three, with as little as half an hour's notice. The interior is fairly pleasant and comfortable, although not as nice as some of their newly refurbished locations, it still was comfortable, with a small number of booths, and the open kitchen you'd find in any Pizza Express. The staff seemed very friendly and the service was at a good pace, I ordered my usual Pizza Express order, a gluten-free Pollo Pancetta pizza, with gluten-free dough balls, and the food was up to the usual standards set by the chain. The food was served piping hot and had steam coming from it, as I cut into it, which I've never gotten before, so that was great. I also appreciated the generous amount of garlic butter with the dough balls, as sometimes they can be stingy with it. My guests also commented on the flavours of the food, they shared a Romana base Funghi di Bosco Pizza on a Romana base and commented that they enjoyed the flavours, and also complimented the temperature, while also mentioning how the pizza was larger than normal too. 4* - A very good Pizza Express location, which I will surely return to in the future and a great brand to have in the town of Cheadle.

This has meant of course some great opportunities to go out and with this PE just down the road and my wife getting 40% off with her NUS card it seemed to make sense as opposed to sitting in our bedroom with a sandwich... First off you know what you're going to get - fresh ingredients, fairly decent pizzas and friendly staff - even if it is all more on the side of family friendly and chainy than the real taste of authentic Italy. Olives and cheese doughballs to start were nice with my giant pep, spinach and broccoli pizza coming soon after - epic taste and I was pleased they'd let me go off menu as broc doesn't usually come on pizzas and is just served as a side. My wife wasn't massively impressed with her salad for main as it was all just a bit leafy without much excitement involved - maybe give that a bit of a sprucing up soon menu decider guys at head office! But overall it was a nice trip out with our 2 year old who was given coloured pencils and an activity sheet to keep her occupied on arrival. All this with one wine and one beer came to £32 but it should have been about £55 before the student discount.

It's a large, light and bright space with a vaguely nautical feel to it (probably due to the big model ship my seat faced). It's painted all white inside with big windows looking onto Wilmslow Road and it's been well designed for comfort and relaxation. I don't know how my photo of the purple allium flower on the table came out so dark actually as my overall impression of the place is very bright and spacious. Croma is mainly pizza and pasta, no complaints here! I knew what I wanted straight away (for once) and got the Agelfino pizza. This was smoked haddock and cheese on a thin base. I thoroughly enjoyed it! I kept on saying it the whole time I was eating it too, to my friend's delight! My friend was happy though, as all the pizza is available on gluten free dough, for an extra £1.50. My pizza was £8. The restaurant could do with sharper knives though as our biceps were getting a workout cutting the pizza piece by piece!
