I don't usually write reviews and only read but in this case, I have to. I had rental and car insurance eith this branch and after they tried to I crease my policy, I cancelled both my rental and car insurance. Months later, I find out that they never cancelled my rental insurance and were deducting from my acct. I sent another request to Alicia who by the way has a major attitude and she said would cancel and refund the money. Another few months later, I get a letter from Allstate stating that they reinstated myvpolicy without my authorization and uo to today, I still dont have my refund. I left a message for Isaac to call me back and he is just as useless as Alicia. I am sorry but this is the worse insurance company/branch that I have ever worked with. BEWARE: They will give you a low quote at first and then your rates will go up and if you have any issues, they will not resolve timely. I'm going on at least 1 year with double rental insurance that should have been cancelled last year. read more

They really make you feel like they are your personal insurance agency and went above and beyond to help me with all my questions. Plus, they were able to give me better coverage at a better price. I had AAA for years which was not a bad insurance but in comparison to Issac's Allstate it was a night and day experience let's start off with the service from his wonderful team. I am the person who likes to be kept updated which Issac and Alicia does so efficiently. They both have helped me on some really stressful situations my car got broken into recently not only were they compassion and caring of what I was going through they talk me through the process step by step. I get calls just to see how my policy is working for me, and if there needs to be any changes. I will be a long time customer of Issac and his office for years to come because of his superb professional and excellent services. I just got finished up with the final piece of my claim and I am thrilled with how fast everything was taken care of. I was just calling for an Auto Quote and have never had a bad experience doing that with Allstate. I called this office due to the good reviews on yelp. The girl who answered my call was very pleasant and she transferred me to someone by the name of AliCia or Alisia (sorry for the misspelling since I did not ask her to spell her name for me). Alisia was just intense over the phone and strict. She went on and on about what a great company Allstate is at first, which I already knew so there was no need to go on about it. After mentioning that I used to, over 6 years ago, have auto insurance with Allstate she was persistent on needing to know my old policy number and stated that we could not move forward with out it. I'm sorry but it has been over 6 years or so and I just could not remember the old policy number nor did I have that information in front of me. I did say I could provide her with my name and date of birth but that was not enough for her to move on with the process. I'm all about being thorough but that was just unnecessary. I figured Geez if I'm already receiving this type of interaction, which is not a good start, what would it be like after I sign up and pay. After all I do want to feel comfortable with an agent. Maybe all of the great reviews were for Issac Trujillo whom I did not speak with. What was supposed to be a simple call for a quote turned into a bad experience with this particular agent and office. I ended up calling another Allstate Office with a much better experience and had no problem receiving a quote. read more

Awesome customer service and great quotes. I used to have Freeway Insurance... Yes i know CHEAP! What i didn't know was that what i was paying at Freeway Insurance was way more than what i pay now at AllState and with way better coverage!! Most of my family has switched over as well. I never really had the opportunity to work with Issac, but his Sales Manager, Alicia Torres, isn't very helpful. An insurance company should provide you with peace at mind knowing that if you were involved an an incident, they will facilitate the process for you. Every time I reached out to Alicia for assistance, she was never available, and the times that she was, I never got clarification or a straight answer and always beat around the bush. That's not right. I've been punctual with my payments to ensure I have a good service, unfortunately this branch provide that. My payments also kept increasing. If you are looking for All State Insurance, please save your time, and work with another branch. I promise you, you'll be better off. Once I switched insurers, Alicia made it difficult for me to leave. All State may be a great company, but I sincerely won't recommend this branch. read more

This well established team has saved me not only money, but most importantly time when it comes to reporting claims or just day to day insurance information! I have recommended my close family and friends to this office because I know his team truly cares about each client when it comes to having the right coverage. Before becoming part of the Allstate family I have been insured by some of the big name companies such as State Farm Mercury, MetLife, and AAA. Allstate is by far one of the best. The staff at this office were extremely professional and knowledgeable and answered every question I had regarding Auto, life, and homeowners insurance. I would highly recommend calling and getting a quote from this office and joining the Allstate family. I remember one incident when I was driving and a young kid threw a rock at my car damaging the hood. I called this office and explained what occurred. I spoke to a person named Alicia within the office and she assured me everything would be taken care. She was extremely helpful and expedited the process.
