Their plumber was unable to complete the installation in my master, but while attempting the job he scratched my countertop and damaged the new faucets. Even though they couldn't get the work done, the owner, Greg, still charged me $350 per faucet because it was "time spent." No compensation made for my scratched countertop nor damaged new faucets. When I pointed out the damage--right there on the spot--the plumber admitted he had to use a wrench that slipped and scraped the countertop. I even showed Greg photos proving the scratches weren't there before, but he kept insisting the damage was pre-existing. Instead of taking responsibility for damaging the brand-new faucets, the owner dismissed them as "cheap" and said they were "$30", which was both inaccurate and insulting. To make matters worse, they didn't even reinstall my old faucets, leaving me with a non-functional sink. I had to hire another plumber, who finished the job without any issues. I will add that the installation of the new faucets and angle stops in my guest bathroom and powder room were fine. I'm extremely disappointed and will never hire them again. I empathize with the difficulty of the faucets install in my master and just wanted them to acknowledge their error in damaging my countertop and new faucets, but instead, I received rude and insulting messages from owner. This company is careless, overcharges, and takes no responsibility for their mistakes.

We had several hundred sq feet of hardwood to refinish in our home in Carmel, covering a few rooms, stairs, and a hallway, some of which, unbeknownst to us, had experienced water damage. We spoke with, and solicited quotes from, no less than 6 contractors in the area, among which Bill Richards Hardwood Floors. He was generous with his time, insight, and recommendations, both while on-site and via phone and email - and we considered his quote, which was competitive. Our only hesitation at the outset was that he was booked several weeks out. (In retrospect, however, that should have been a positive indicator!) Based on the substantial time that he invested in responding to our questions, the many change orders / changes to quote that we requested as we modified what we wanted, and that, of all the contractors we met with, he appeared to be the most genuine and transparent, we opted to go with him. And - we could not be more content with that decision or the job that he performed! Among other aspects, he uncovered and repaired boards that had been damaged by water, seamlessly weaving new boards into the existing, noted and repaired broken flooring, well outside of the scope of work ("Because it's the right thing to do."), consulted as we considered the best stain for the wood, proposed an inlay to the step for both aesthetics and strength, and left us with tips and tricks for hardwood maintenance and repair moving-forward. What's more: he carved out some time during our job to pop by an adjacent family member's home to do some rapid repair work, as well! He's truly cut from a different cloth - and his consultative approach, quality of work, and commitment to doing "the right thing, the right way" exemplify this.

When I speed up significantly to try and get over head floored it to block. Me then I honked at him gave him them bird and he started arguing with me. 83663X3 even have a photo of the car. He said why didn't you slow down and go behind me. When a car is in front t of you gi es you plenty of time to slow down and you thi mt hey should have e to slow down enough to block traffic your the problem. City street moving between 30 and 20 mph and he wants me to slow down with traffic behind us..... bad driver would hate to see what his buisness practices are like. Mean while I have to tell him to pull up while he arguing with me because he currently has a full car length in front of him before a traffic light while he is busy claiming I tried to cut him off. Hope this guy isn't the head of the company. Cause his perspective is real off. If someone tries to cut you off and you charge at them its a vehicle accident if I slowly try to get in your lane with a signal and you speed up and I just stay in my lane, its you being a dangerous ass hole drive. Your luck the dot does not classify company vans as trucks moving passengers or cargo because then there is an official dot complaint line.
