But I have to say that this Dentist Office has made major changes since my last appointment. I was just there on June 5 for a cleaning. The place wasn't packed and they called me right on time. They even asked me if I had a preference of what Dentist I wanted to see! The dentist hygienist who cleaned my teeth did so well! I highly recommend her. I wish I got her name. The front desk men was nice and professional. All in all I glad they listened to the people and change how they run things.

I politely stated this to the front desk and she said that she would go speak to the dentist and then proceeded to continue on with her work and continue to make phone calls. After a few more minutes, I left. After multiple issues of playing phone tag with them and my dentist over X-rays and due to they're only open three days a week, it has been a very unpleasant experience.

I just completed my two-year Invisalign journey with Dr. Stamatina, and my results are beyond what I could have ever imagined. I have truly hated my teeth my entire life and have always been especially self-conscious about my bottom teeth. When I first reached out to Petrakis Dental, I was interested in hearing about veneers for a quick, easy fix. Dr. Stamatina strongly advised against this and suggested that I take a less aggressive (and cheaper) approach with orthodontics so that I could preserve the health of my natural teeth. Since some of my bottom teeth were oddly shaped, I was a little concerned about what the end result would look like even with Invisalign, but Dr. Stamatina assured me that most of what I wanted to achieve esthetically could be done with ortho, and that once my teeth were straight, anything that I wanted fine-tuned she would be able to do with composite bonding. Two years later and I cannot believe these are my teeth! I love them. I loved my whole experience! This is the best decision I have ever made, and the photos really speak for themselves. The only reason why I was able to fully trust in this process head-on was because I knew that I could fully trust my dentist. I truly felt listened to and cared for throughout this entire journey. He just happens to be an awful piece of work that my insurance company had listed in the service providers. I happened to come across MediDental care on Instagram weird algorithms, I saw that they accept my insurance and thought I'd try my luck. The following day I called when they were open and explained my situation to them, that I was in need of an emergency exam. within 10 minutes they called me back with an opening, for me to come in. The staff was courteous, attentive and intuitive, the Dentists were informative as well, my questions were answered, my issue was resolved and I was satisfied with my service. I'm now a new client with them and will be back in two weeks for further evaluation and services, and will keep an active review on them after every visit. 10/10 I would recommend their services, so far so good, they can work with you and in a timely manner as well, my issue was resolved in an 1 hr total.
