It would have been a lot more work to rent a truck and haul it to the dump in several loads. Mark was pleasant to work with and there were no surprises. Would be zero went to ship out my dog September 30 maui to Honolulu she has anxiety being separated…read morefrom us we dropped her off paid to ship her they took her it was all fine till an bald head employee decided to sit and stare at my dog witch made her anxiety to kick in. I had a leash witch I left on the kennel as well as a dog mussel. We than left and received a call half hour later that they cant ship my dog out she is banging the kennel being aggressive. She said she won't put her employees in jeopardy I dont understand the dog is in a kennel I explained the dog won't hurt u just do your job when it's time to move the animal dont stay and stare and provoke my animal. I picked up my dog and upon looking at my dog mussel there were puncture bites on it and it was brand new. That means they open the door and tryed to put it on my dog. Then hide it in a bag with the dog leash. Very bad slow moving employees that like to waste your time and mess with your stuff. Avoid

I was sent through hoops by Ramone, the owner of the mail room, and told to speak to UPS. Then UPS sent me back to the shipper...and I bounced back and fourth with no responsibility claimed by Ramone or UPS. All in all, after 2 weeks of trying to get my 100 dollars that came with each package, my claim was denied by UPS based on insufficient packaging. Ramone prior to sending my items said that it was packaged fine. UPS upon receiving the claim said otherwise. I was redirected to Ramone to despute these claims and he denied the despute and said he refused to help any further. I then asked him if he just rips people off and he then replied, "YES". This is a dirty businessman. I highly recommend paying the extra money to ship through a company that isn't there to screw over the consumer. I am a poor person, work really hard for what I have, was yet again robbed by big business.I hope nothing more than for this person to out of business. The Mail Room in Kahului is ghetto and sleazy at best.
