The lamb was perfectly cooked, the poached eggs deliciously oozy, the halloumi nice and thin and not squeaky, and the rocket was impeccably dressed with shavings of parmesan and red onion to top everything off. I would definitely recommend this dish for breakfast or brunch. We've already booked in for lunch next weekend so I'm hoping their seafood offerings are on par with the lamb.
