So we found ourselves what we though was a rental car to get back to Fort Myers. So we got Tony to take us to the airport. Well the rental car company had no vehicles after we reserved one.. So we sat stranded at the airport 2 adults and 3 kids pondering what to do. No one had any cars and we couldnt fly out. So we had tried to figure out to do. Tony drove back It and asked if we needed help.... Yes we did! He found us a driver to take us to Fort myers to our vehicle. So appeared Dominique....The hero of this epic tail. Dominique drive us all the way to fort Myers. It was a very plesant trip. He was very nice talked with us the whole way. He stopped and let the kids stretch their legs and use the bathroom as needed. He was a wonderful and safe driver. We felt very comfortable and safe with him. He really saved us from being basically stranded. What a great guy and it turned out to be a great drive up along the keys. It was worth it for the beautiful drive. Instead of being a negative experience Dominique made it a wonderful one. Horrible experience upon my arrival at the airport in my first visit to Key West. The driver was a…read moremean bully with zero customer service skills. The meter was broken so I had to just believe him with whatever fare he decided to charge me. I was sorry I got in that cab. On my departure I wisely took an Uber to the airport with a nice woman who told me that there are known bad cab drivers in Key West. I am from a big city and take cabs all the time at home so I know how a professional cab driver should behave.

The operator was quite helpful and arranged a predetermined amount for this tour. We would be picked up (Navy Pier), taken to a para-sailing company, then dropped off to do some swimming, and then on to a place for key lime pie. The driver was waiting for us just outside Navy Pier. Drove us to the para-sailing place and gave us his card to call when we were ready. Then he drove us to Fort Zachary where the best swimming could be had. Then we asked him the best key lime pie and he was quite correct. I have no hesitation on calling them again to arrange another tour.

Called for a taxi and was told 5-10 mins. 35 mins later they call and say 5 mins more. 15 mins…read morelater the taxi arrives and crams us into a van with 5 other passengers. 10 mins to rearrange luggage and passengers. All told, about an hour from first call to actually leaving in the taxi. Uber from now on.

Honestly, I'm glad he pushed us this way, because DB Taxi has been incredible. Their pricing is competitive with Uber, if not more affordable, and the service is genuinely next-level. Every car we rode in was spotless, the drivers were always on time, and the whole system they run is unbelievably efficient. Tonight we even met the owner, and watching him hustle, manage the business from the front seat, and still drive us professionally just showed how much pride they take in their work. We've been traveling back and forth from our place about 15 minutes from downtown and Duval Street with zero issues. I don't know how they keep it all running so smoothly, but I'm not asking questions. It's truly 10 out of 10 service. If you're in Key West, I would honestly recommend them over Uber. Can't say enough good things.

There are so many things to see that it would probably be difficult to fit it all in even if a traveler stayed more than a week. The architecture is beautiful. The locals are friendly and welcoming. The food is phenomenal. The weather is exceptional. Fishing was absolutely amazing. We walked several miles each day and rarely used the car. Ride share services are available. Looking forward to return visits in the travel trip rotation and I won't wait 30 years to revisit like I did this time.

Unfortunately, it took quite a while for the luggage to start arriving. A little advice: Make sure your luggage stands out! With everyone waiting around the same baggage claim area, good luck finding yours if it's black! One thing's for sure, Key West has its priorities straight! There's a bar before you even collect your luggage. Not complimentary, of course, but you can get your vacation started before your suitcase even arrives! That's the extent of my experience, as I didn't spend much time here beyond waiting for my bags. Welcome to island life!

This is a nice free way to travel around Key West. Whether you just was a low-key non-narrated…read moresightseeing tour through the streets of Key West or you don't feel like doing much walking, this is the way to go. We arrived by cruise ship (Virgin Voyages Scarlet Lady) to Mallory Square, where we took a very short walk to stop #4, which is the closest to the port. There are usually 2 air-conditioned buses but today there was just 1 short bus which holds about 14 people. There are a total of 18 stops in the continuous loop. The loop takes about 35-40 minutes to make a complete loop. If you are looking to go to the public beach, you would want to get get off at stop #7 and if you want to go to the bouy at the southernmost point of Key West for that famous picture, you will want to get off at stop #10. At each stop, there is a pole with a QRC code to scan, and it gives you the real-time location of the bus. The bus driver is not really able to have a tour conversation while driving because he really needs to keep his eye on the road because of the traffic and tourists who wander the streets. The driver does accept tips for the free ride around town. I recommend this mode of transportation if you want to see the town of Key West.

We had a lovely time with our host Valerian. He was so very informative, well-spoken, and funny! Understood social cues of when to make a comical comment and when to remain respectful of the heavier conversation topics which I value. The driver whose name I unfortunately am not sure of, I believe Ishlam, was very safe and navigated through the city with ease. Visiting the shipwreck museum after dark was also very cool. I felt safe the entire time. Had a wonderful night. Highly Recommend to any lovers of the strange and macabre.

The driver was excellent , he kept us safe in the happy streets of Key West. The Haunted Guide, Dead Edgar, was very knowledgeable of the horror history of this rich island. We could hear over the mic perfectly and he kept us entertained while explaining the island from start to finish. I would definitely do it again and bring a friend because , YES WE ARE THE DOOMED!
