The driver picked us up with an unexpected passenger in the car, who he never acknowledged to explain if this was another customer, friend etc. The driver drove 90+ MPH on the highway, while nodding off and having every light on the dashboard on. The driver was either actively intoxicated or battling a serious hang over. After a knuckle-clenching drive, the driver decided it was appropriate to get gas before bringing us to the airport. Despite their website saying they accept all credit cards, he would only accept cash. The sketchy drive completely rattled me, so despite three attempts to speak with the manager, I've heard nothing back. Ladies, especially if you are alone, do not use this company!
