CROOKS AND LIARS. If I could rate them zero stars I would. They charge you for filling the tank even though no one actually filled it. There's no gauge on the tank for us to prove they don't deliver. The woman who answers the phone is beyond nasty. read more

There was a mix up and we purchased propane from another company because there was no sticker on the tank. We were new tenants and the landlord didn't tell us otherwise. They came to my home yesterday and went to the backyard without even saying anything first. I had my front door open or I wouldn't have even known they were here. They took basically a full tank from me. My husband tried calling to try to explain the situation and get something resolved and only was able to speak to the nasty receptionist who hung up on him. There are so many other options, DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY for your propane. We had complained twice about my mother's tanks (smell of gas - i know there is no smell but the additive was abundantly smelly as you walked by the tanks) and said we thought there was a leak. She was in Florida for 6 weeks and had heat turned down to 50, and went through 90% of the propane in her 100 gallon tank. Everyone could also smell the "gas" smell. They came and checked it 2 weeks ago and said because it isn't on a regular delivery schedule and FILLED regularly, that it will leak. HUH?!? We called again today, after my brother in law said that we could blow the house up the smell was so bad. When he called, the women Adrianna (?) was SO NASTY, "OH YOU PEOPLE AGAIN? I'VE NEVER DEALT WITH MORE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE IN MY LIFE. DID YOU NOT LEARN IN HIGH SCHOOL SCIENCE THAT GAS HAS NO ODOR?" Repeatedly abusing my brother in law, who was calling with a very valid safety concern, not to mention the fact that in 8 days she blew through 80 gallons again. Their response? 2 hours later two guys came and took the tank away! With the propane in it that my mother had paid for. Left my widowed mother in her home with NO HEAT, and NO STOVE to cook, and didn't even say a word. THEY ALSO LEFT OUR BACKYARD GATES OPEN and her two dogs got out and were running around the neighborhood! OH, and they left the basement door wide open too. NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They will be seeing us in Small Claims court. Do yourself a favor, take your business ANYWHERE else but here. read more

I just had a confrontation in a parking lot with a driver from this company. He wasn't even making a delivery. I was trying to get into the parking lot and he jumped out of the truck and starts yelling at me and coming up to my window like a lunatic! He then blocked my car in and started taking pictures of me and my car because I took a picture of him blocking me in. I called the company and the receptionist says sorry that happened, I'll let a manager know. I am shaking from this guy flipping out on me. I can't believe this company didn't at least try to get back to me about what happened. read more

plain and simple if you need bottled gas find another company. To long a story as to why. And there not worth the time, just go elsewhere.
