Went on their soft opening in which everything was 50% off. For the location, definitely 5 stars! Right on Kingly Street which is super convenient. The place is small, but simple and cute. The decor and light colours give off that fresh vibe. There are 3 swings in the front window to swing while eating. Other then that, I think there are only 3 or 4 other bar stools to sit on. It's mostly a take-away spot. Their food is very fresh. Not a huge variety in options. And it's very expensive for the portion you receive. I was very happy to only pay £4.45 for my bowl as it was 1/2 off, but I would never pay full price for what I received. Unfortunately, I would choose Tombo over Island any day...

It was my first time trying poke and it was amazing! I was a little skeptical about mangoes in my bowl at first, but it definitely complimented the salmon. The staff were super nice and made recommendations on what to get. The location was super convenient and the inside was adorable. They had little swings as seats.

Went here for a quick dinner and BOY was it great. I love poke and here they let you put together you own bowl. The place itself is cute. Its relatively small because most people take their stuff to go but the for example have a swingset to sit on by the window. I would go again anytime! Great healthy lunch or dinner options. They also do Açai in the morning I think.

I really enjoyed this spot for a second time in a few months. Very healthy, clean food at a reasonable price point.

Sometimes you stumble upon places based on sheer starvation and not wanting to take another step. That was me today. Given all of the places I have bookmarked on Yelp I normally wouldn't just wander into the unknown but when you've been shopping and sight seeing until your feet can't go anymore, you'll end up like me just choosing the first place that looks good. This burger joint was inviting, was able to be seated right away, and staff were quick. The pros about this place are that staff are very friendly and on top of service. Was nice to dine quickly despite how busy this area can get during tourist season. As far as the restaurants theme it was a little funny the Hawaiian vibe and name. I didn't really see it aside from the decor, putting pineapple on a burger doesn't make a restaurant Hawaiian but I'll give them points for being creative with a theme that you normally wouldn't see in the UK. Once I got over the menu being more traditional fare and less "Hawaiian" it was easy to go with the traditional cheeseburger. The burger was slightly above average in terms of flavor (patty needed more seasoning) BUT I was impressed with the grilled onions and how fresh the lettuce and tomato looked. Plus I'm a sucker for Mayo and they put Mayo as a primary ingredient so I was happy. I'd say service and pricing were 5 stars and food a solid 3.5 If you want a easy and casual meal that won't break the bank this spot totally works.

Bottom-line: while maybe average to its American traditional bbq counterpart , Boudean's is…read moreprobably as good as it gets for London. Ordered the half baby back ribs, fries and slaw. Baby back ribs: not necessarily fall of the bone type of ribs, but if you give it a good tug , some of the meats will slide off its axis. I enjoyed it for what it's worth. Obviously, the smoker is limited in scope , so I'm not expecting Texas style quality. Was a little chewy in some places, but also tender in others. Had a preference for the chiptole bbq sauce rather than the hickory. Fries were mostly good (minus the tiny bits). So close to the meats, the fries absorbed some of the smokiness flavor. Slaw: low-point of the bbq. They used way, way, too much dressing. Like it was flooded. Also the cabbage wasn't cut finely, but presented as whole chunk slices. Would definitely not recommend this one. Overall minus the slaw, I enjoyed Bodean's

Sticky fingers were not my favorite so may avoid that appetizer choice. Dined with a group of 35 and they were able to accommodate us in their basement dining area with a call ahead.
