My car, because it's a turbo, specifically can NOT use 0w-30. Thankfully I knew this. Get bill: 70 dollars for a synthetic oil change. Claimed it needed more oil than standard (my car is a 4 cylinder 2.0 motor. It does not need more oil). Checked under hood after leaving: assholes didn't even change the oil filter! Do not go here. Firestone up the road may require appointments but at least you don't leave with a sore ass. Unbelievable.

I declined and took it to my Honda dealer, where it passed with no repairs needed. In the meantime, I got a $65 ticket for no inspection. I called Major Auto Group to ask what happened, and see if they want to reconcile the situation somehow, and they said "Take it up with the DMV. We have cameras and receipts here." I asked what happened, why did they fail it if another shop passed it with nothing needed, and he said "the tire and brakes were bad." Maybe they are, but not fail inspection bad. Don't go to this shop, the guy is a con man. I have some pictures of both inspections, and the receipt from my honda dealer showing they made no repairs.
