We've been suffering for the past 2 Summers in a hot house thanks to their weak $10,000 air…read moreconditioner that they sold to us.  We've been telling them since they installed it that whenever it's 84 degrees or above outside, their air conditioner is incapable of lowering the temperature in our house below 80 degrees.  It will stay on for 8 hours straight and NEVER lower the temperature below 80 degrees until the sun goes down!  This is a huge waste of electricity as well.  They keep sending technicians for the past 2 Summers but they never do anything to fix the problem.  It's most likely too weak of a unit to be able to cool off our house whenever it's 84 degrees or above outside.  So now we have to suffer in an 80-degree house on those many Summer days.  And as of this month the warranty expired so now we have to start paying them to continue to visit - for what? - because of the problem that YOU caused?  Not gonna happen.  They never fix the problem anyway.  Thanks for your garbage unit and a huge waste of our hard-earned $10,000. Also, the cold water stopped working in my shower, making the shower unusable. We had a very shaky toilet that another plumber "fixed" 5 months prior. Mike got down to the bottom of the problem and gave me updates on what he was finding every step of the way. There were some major issues that needed to be fixed and Mike did not take any shortcuts, he was very transparent from start to finish. Our flange was rotted and Mike removed the broken flange put in a new flange set in concrete. He put in a new toilet and sealed it with silicone.
