Good communications and quickly responded by visiting the property where he made a roof inspection and declared the roof to be in good order and not missing any shingles. He was sure the singles we found were from a neighbouring property. Mr. Huffman would not accept payment for this roof inspection. Outstanding service and uncommon integrity, would rely totally on this contractor.

Then he'll come by and "do something". Well we live on Vancouver Island and the rains always return, as do the leaks in my roof. Since receiving my 1 star review he has informed me that he will not be coming back to fix his shoddy workmanship. Matthew, what happenned to our 20 year warranty? Guess we'll figure it out in small claims court.

Many lawyers, friends and contractors who I spoke to said his judgement was bogus and rediculous taking into account the evidence. Furthermore, the break into the house to finish a job was and is a true story because I fully believe the party that informed me and Mr Christianson knows who it is. Mr C has a very poor understanding of business acumen which is why he and his company are in the difficult financial position they are in and why many people will not employ him or his company in Powell River.

They jackhammered out the old cement footers, dug and replaced with new posts and cemented them in. All the framing and boards are built custom on-site (not pre-build panels), and they also built a new large gate to match the fencing. Overall superb workmanship and dedicated, honest, friendly, hardworking guys. Of several quotes we received theirs was extremely reasonable, and there was no nickel and diming on the final amount. There were some curveballs thrown their way with uneven ground and old posts cemented into a retaining wall, but they took this all in stride and stuck to their original quote. I can't say enough about how impressed we were with their dedication and workmanship, including clean-up when they were done and hauling away of all debris.
