From the very beginning, Daniel was quick to respond , professional, meticulous, friendly, trustworthy and hard working. His attention to detail is immaculate even to the point that he was the only person out of multiple companies I had reached out to for a quote who actually spelled my name right when he responded (not that it has anything to do with painting, but his professionalism and attention to detail). I highly recommend Spectral Painting and will definitely use his service again in the future.

Micah Jansson provided general contracting services during renovations to my townhouse. From start…read moreto finish, Michah proved to be much more than a contractor - he was a trusted partner who played an integral role in the success of my project. Micah's skill level and construction expertise is second to none - I came to rely on his fine touch with an exacting eye for detail. An example of this skill was his work filling and blending a gap in some wood flooring, hand-painting wood grain to blend the wood fill patch to create a seamless effect. His specialties also include tilework and waterproofing, as he has had extensive training and practice building tile saunas in his home of Finland. During my project, Micah also worked wonders with drywall and smoothing wall surfaces with drywall mudding and painting techniques, amongst other work. Most importantly, Micah is someone I can to put my whole and complete trust in. He is not only a highly skilled worker, he is honest, and completely transparent and open in how he does his work - a quality that is exceedingly hard to find in these days of fly-by-night construction outfits. He always keeps his word and makes it a priority to be there for his clients. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Micah for any of your construction needs, large or small, and hope that I can use him for a future kitchen and bathroom renovation.

We had to phone the BC representative and the head of the company in Ontario to complain. Joel and his crew spent an additional four days removing the newly installed shakes and relaying them with the correct technique. We ordered plywood base they used OSB. They nailed shakes into membrane only. They did not allow enough space between shakes for run off and debris build up. They left rough edges on the gable ends, no I would not recommend this company! Many lawyers, friends and contractors who I spoke to said his judgement was bogus and rediculous taking into account the evidence. Furthermore, the break into the house to finish a job was and is a true story because I fully believe the party that informed me and Mr Christianson knows who it is. Mr C has a very poor understanding of business acumen which is why he and his company are in the difficult financial position they are in and why many people will not employ him or his company in Powell River.
