I picked up $1 bread, sushi from a decent selection, and a premade salad for less than $3. I also got snacks for our drive home at reasonable prices. There were two entrances, and I entered from the side with the elevator. The other side had escalators and there were a lot of people hanging out at the bottom of them. They likely have a lot of activity, as during two days we twice saw firetrucks, ambulances, and police cars but during my visits, there was no activity.

Not a lot of English speakers here and I asked for some help a few times but was (with one exception) either shrugged at, or just pointed toward a spot away from where the person was. But if left on my own you would be able to find what you needed eventually. I was so glad to find a good spot that had all sorts of options, including gluten-free, nut butters, La Croix, hot sauces, lots of olives, condiments, and tons of coffee (and they have a coffee bar!). Their prices are about the same as Safeway and Sobeys but not as good as Real Canadian superstores. The staff are generally pretty friendly and helpful. Parking is fairly good.
