I did the intro class with Dominique right after Thanksgiving and after a quick chat with Kat, the assistant manager, I was convinced to sign up for the unlimited membership (single studio). The sale offer is $202/month for the first month, then the regular price of $289/month for a 3-month commitment. I guess I'm committed for 3 months! Instructors here really focus on breathing and modifications/accommodations. It's been great trying classes with all of the instructors, then finding your faves. My personal faves are Dominique, Sara, Justine, and Laura! I love that they use a variety of equipment to really maximum the range of motion for our bodies. Very clean studio, plenty of parking in the plaza area. Would recommend!

My sister and I…read moreare looking for a good fit for us to take classes together (not sure yet whether it will be reformer pilates that we lock in on). On Sunday, we had our 30 min. intro class. It was a great balance of multiple options that a typical pilates class might include. The class was packed to the brim with 12 students, but it didn't feel crowded. It was very clean. There wasn't a ton of space for people to wait for the previous class to finish, but it wasn't a big deal. There are lockers (just crates; no locks) to stow your items. There is a water fill station. We brought our own grippy socks, but there are socks available for purchase. There is plenty of parking. There was a waiver we filled out and brief information was shared at the end if we were interested in signing up that day. Obviously, prices change/ fluctuate and pilates classes are generally quite pricy, and that's true here too. Leading up to the class, it was easy enough to sign up. I wanted to take the class with my sister, but it was full. However, it somehow worked out that we were in the same class. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!

Even during busy hours, it never feels overcrowded. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they care about creating a positive environment for all fitness levels. The atmosphere is motivating without being intimidating, which makes it easy to stay consistent. I can't recommend my personal trainer (Katherine) and Rise highly enough! From day one, they've been professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my progress. Every workout is well-structured, challenging, and tailored to my goals and fitness level. They push me just the right amount while always making sure my form is correct and that I'm training safely. If you're looking for a trainer who is reliable, encouraging, and results-driven, this is absolutely the one. Worth every penny!

She understands your limits and takes time to make sure you get it and we are focused on concentration and getting my core stronger. I also like the way this exercise sculpts my body and makes me feel feminine and sexy. I've been eating more vegan food and my body is very happy. I think it is a combination of thinking about what we eat as well and that is 80% of it said Kerri. I am grateful I found her through these amazing Yelp reviews. She is only three blocks from me in DTLA which is a huge help. As a working artist I needed to find a place that was close to my home and studio.

You get everything from her you'd expect from a trainer. Undivided attention, workouts tailored to your needs, etc. but the biggest plus is that she's a pleasure to be around, going back to my first point. 3. She's really flexible with scheduling and tries her best to accommodate you. She probably has one of the best and most flexible cancellation policies I've seen, which just shows she's trying to help you out. Most places you have to cancel before the 24 hour time frame or else they'll charge you for the session regardless, but Kerri let's you reschedule within the week if you need to cancel in the 24 hour time frame, which is immensely helpful. 4. Fair prices, I did some research before I picked Kerri and she had some of the better pricings for private sessions And lastly (but most importantly), it works! After 3 months, I noticed real changes in my body (e.g. the emergence of muscle) which was a great change from the skinniest fat person alive (at the time). It never felt like a chore to go to her sessions and they were always semi-fun (as fun as working out can be for someone who hates it with a passion) so the three months flew by and next thing I knew, I had arm muscles! Pick Kerri as your instructor! You won't regret it!

The plants, the natural light, and the thoughtful studio design create an atmosphere that feels both peaceful and inspiring. My absolute favorite class is Intentional Flow on Thursdays with Aviva. It is the perfect balance of movement, breath, and presence. I always leave feeling stronger, clearer, and completely reset. I honestly wish they offered this class more than once a week because it is that good. The overall experience, from the warm welcome to the flow of the class itself, feels intentional and uplifting. It is a space that truly supports both body and mind. Highly recommend if you are looking for a studio with beautiful energy and meaningful classes

Doctor cleared me to start back Yoga, so I dived right in!!! I started off with Sunday Flow with instructor Nadia, let me first start off with saying she is BEAUTIFUL!!! She was very vibrant, I felt her energy in just seconds of being in the room. I love her personality- she says little jokes while instructing us to shift from one position to the other, although some of us like myself still trying to keep that balance, and she says something funny and I'm laughing and my balancing is gone .. ahaha but no she seems so real. You can tell she has been a student as well, she doesn't give off just teacher, teacher vibes.. like I'm better than you guys because your students and I'm the teacher. She literally told us, " it's okay if your body is shaking, mines is too.. let it let go of whatever it needs.".. I looked over and her body was shaking, it made me feel like it's really okay my body is not comfortable with this position.... Everyone is my class was extremely nice, very dedicated to Yoga it seemed and I had a great experience!!! The inside of the studio is VERY CLEAN!!! One thing I look for, and it was so cutesy, I loved it!!!!! Beautiful sunlight, and get this, it was not stuffy at all. For me, I find a lot of yoga studio stuffy, but this studio is not!!! I love it here, I think this may be home!!!! Parking is street parking, it's a residential neighborhood- it's a little sticky, so get there a little early... Thank you Nadi for a GREAT CLASS TODAY!!!!

I attended a noon class and the instructor/owner Nicole was great - she is clearly a very naturally gifted body worker, and she is also extremely knowledgeable and accomplished when she demonstrates her technique. She is very exact and can explain the various stretches and moves in articulate detail. I would have been intimidated by this, but she is also a very warm and encouraging (read: forgiving) instructor, perfect for a novice such as myself. The more advanced students also seemed to get a lot out of her nuanced adjustments and corrections: She was also able to move fluidly between students with a very wide range of experience and capability. I also noticed that the studio interior was well designed for pilates and bodywork. The space was not overly "woo woo" like some yoga studios you see these days, but also not cold like a gym; it was the perfect combination that communicated "this is a kind and nurturing place, and we also intend to do serious work on your body." I plan to return when my schedule allows and would highly recommend this place for anyone interested in starting pilates or continuing a practice you already have in motion.

Both times I went there were interruptions because a few other people needed special attention during class session which are costly minutes. I realize that's the down side of taking a class vs private. But a private session well over 100 isn't within my budget. It's too bad Pilates is so expensive because I'd like to try more classes. I took the classes with the owner and she was extremely knowledgeable, but rather than having long winded explanations of the history of Pilates, more attention to the workout would be best.
