My Hawaii trip ended with a shuttle ride to the airport with the grumpiest old man I met in Hawaii. He was super rude when I arrived to meet him at the shuttle. I arrived 6 mins before the schedule departure time as instructed by my hotel (5-10mins) and he was upset with me for not being there 15mins before the departure time. He complained and then tossed my luggage into the back with zero care. I can't believe my trip has to end with seeing such a rude man... so disappointed. I rather pay more and take an Uber next time with a friendlier driver. read more

Very friendly! We got off our tour bus in Pearl because we wanted to skip the city tour and Island Express took us on the spot in their shuttle w/o prior arrangements. Was much more affordable than a taxi ride and the ride was smooth and easy. read more

They provide the worst service! I scheduled a pick up online to take myself and my husband to the airport for the following day. It is 10 minutes past the scheduled pick up time, my husband calls and they say that we never scheduled a pick up even though we have a confirmation email, and our account was charged! Thankfully, there were several taxis in front of our hotel and we were able to get a ride to the airport right away. I will not recommend them to anyone! read more

The absolute worst. I would give it 0 stars if I could. They are in business with Aqua oasis (the hotel we stayed at) and the shuttle they cater to. We were screwed two different times. One at Pearl Harbor where they showed up late for initial pick up and over 45 minutes late for our departure to go home. (They pick up multiple parties on the way to where ever they are going (we were the only people going to Pearl Harbor out of their 13 person van)) The second time was when we were supposed to be picked up from our hotel to go to the airport. We had a flight at 6:50pm. At 10am I made reservations. They insisted they had a shuttle no later than 4pm so we decided to reserve that time to be safe. We showed up at 3:50 to find no shuttle. The hotel front desk called the receptionist who said "they were there" and the next shuttle they could get us on was 5pm (WHICH THEY REFUSED TO OFFER US INITIALLY). The front desk informed us they were calling our name at 3pm... I had to call island express for the second time in regards to our reservations. The receptionist at island express shuttle is named Marie Phan. She was constantly rude, not helpful and dishonest in the information she provided us in regards to my two interactions with her on the phone. Not only was she not professional on the phone but she would blatantly lie to my face about when shuttles would come (even with reservations) and had the "deal with it attitude." I encouraged the Aqua oasis hotel to seize business with this shit service and look for other forms of reliable transpiration from their hotel. Using this service to/from Pearl Harbor seemed like a great idea til the the driver picking us up took us way out of our way costing us an hour of vacation time plus delays from additional traffic after we got back to the starting point that pretty lame waste of time on vacation. read more

The shuttle was 20 minutes late, and the driver was an ass. He was completely unapologetic and uncaring about being late. The workers at my hostel told me I should ask about a discount since they were late. When I did, the driver just told me to get out and find another ride. He still had more pick ups to make after me. I don't recommend this service to anyone. read more

We scheduled and shuttle to and from the swap meat at Aloha Stadium a week in advanced. They picked us up on time and we drove around for about 45 mins picking up other people. Once dropped off we scheduled to be picked up at 1145. The driver gave us a card with the pick up time and a receipt that we paid. We arrived at 1135 and waited until 12 and proceeded to call the company asking where they were. The lady called the driver while on the phone and he simply said he forgot. Then she changed her story and said it was full. So she said one would come in 30 mins. The driver did show up at 1230 and was rude. No greeting or apology for their mistake. It was like it was a hassle for him. It surely wasn't a hassle for them to take our money in advanced though. Rude and don't stick by their times. read more

Island Express Shuttle was prompt at picking us up at our hotel; the driver was very courteous and helpful. With the fare being at $12.00 per person, it was a great price. I highly recommend them to out-of-towners and I would use them again when I visit Honolulu. read more

Our first time using this shuttle service. We took it from Honolulu Intnl. airport to Aulani Resort at Ko'Olinga. The service was great. Since this was our first time using a shuttle service we were a little nervous about the van being there. We were pleasently surprised when we found our driver/owner was there EARLY and waiting. We were charged a flat rate for a group of 4 of about $50 (approx.). The driver was very professional and courteous. My wife's luggage was picked up by at the carousel by mistake so we had to wait for her bag to show up, meanwhile our driver patiently waited. We searched YELP prior to taking our trip to find an affordable shuttle service, but with all of the shuttles "how do you pick one?", so we settled on this one. Great decision! I will use them again on our next visit to Oahu. We arranged to be picked up at the Aulani resort at the same time as our original pick up, and again...he was early. Do not use this shuttle service. I booked a shuttle online last night to leave my hotel and go to the airport. Got an email with a conformation number and our debit card was charged $40. We were just waiting outside out hotel for 20 minutes when we decided to give them a call. A very rude woman answered the phone and told us that she had no record of our reservation even when we provided her with the conformation number, last name, etc. Ended up having to catch a cab last minute to make it to the airport in time and had to pay over double the amount we originally should have paid. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS SHUTTLE SERVICE!!!!! Very rude and unreliable service, I am surprised they aren't out of business. read more

Very reliable shuttle service with friendly drivers. $11 from Waikiki to HNL. I recommend this shuttle over any other shuttle service.

We had the worst experience with this service. First they almost forgot to pick us up from our hotel this morning. The front desk had to call and remind them to come get us (15 minutes after originally scheduled pick up time). Then this afternoon we tried to get on a different shuttle then we were scheduled for (there was room for us, and we had been told we could get on any shuttle as long as there was room) and were told to get off and another shuttle would come get us in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later still no shuttle... Took an Uber and lost out on our return trip fees. Would not ever recommend this company to anyone. read more
