The pirate crew is very engaging and get into character. The boarding process was very seamless and they provide instruction when entering and exiting the ship to keep everyone safe. The ship looks exactly like what you would expect a red pirate ship to look like. They have plenty of covered and open searing to choose from. There is an adult searing area but it does tend to fill up quickly. The ship has a bar and offers a variety of cocktails, drinks and snacks. They don't allow outside food onboard. They have a variety of activities planned for the kiddos to keep them entertained. My nephews particularly liked the treasure hunting portion where they weee able to collect hidden golden coins and other treasures like beaded necklaces throughout the ship. They also had swashbuckling, sword fighting and just the general banter to keep adults entertained. The kids all looked like they were having a blast and making new friends. We did see a few dolphins but definitely not as many as when on the dolphin cruise. There are times when the music is blasting pretty loud when you get a break from the stimulation from the interaction during activities. I wasn't sure what to expect but they did a great job keeping both adults and kids entertained through an engaging adventure. I would recommend this experience if you are in or around Port A.

The boat was great, Nice snack bar with clean seating area and AC. The crew was friendly and attentive. Snack bar takes CC or Cash. There was plenty of drinks to choose from as well as some sandwiches, chips, pickles and candy. Con's - absolutely no outside food or drinks allowed (they check your bags), however the snack bar was reasonably priced. The boat can be over crowded causing lines to tangle. the boat does not go to any rigs -but they do go to wrecks and reefs. Advice, be sure to sit in the back of the boat on your way out to fish or else you will get drenched. Take pictures of your string and snapper numbers so there is no confusion. Take pics of your fish so there are no questions about if it is yours or not and watch for your your fish when you dock and they are being distributed. One of the young fisherman had one of his prize catches handed to the wrong person and they took it knowing it was not theirs. :( He was so sad. Anywho! We ended up getting a small thing of shrimp out of the vending machine the first night. However everyone we encountered was super nice. After our morning boat trip, and a serious nap we stopped here for some gear and bait. Everyone was so nice, and even the bait go at back was on point. Well stocked.
