The head deck hand was great. the others - not so much. In fact, one fished the entire time and when he caught a big Redfish HE reeled it in then once on the boat asked who wanted it. in the past, staff would hand the pole to a client to reel fish in. Usually it was handed to the smallest or youngest person on the boat.
