This gym charged me a whole new month after I cancelled my membership with one of the trainers. I speak with Mike (who became very unprofessional with me) about refunding due to me canceling the first month and not able to come anymore. He refuses to refund me my money and only is concerned about what it say on their contract. They should have refunded my money especially since I never went the first month that I paid for. Now you are charging a second month and not giving a courteous refund! This place doesn't value its customers! Then the owner Mike hung up in my face after I told him about his horrible business practices and demanded a refund! I will be disputing with my bank!
