Superior QUALITY! Top-notch SERVICE! Expert COACHING!…read more If you're looking to change your life, from the inside out, Habit Change Coaching with Renea Hudson is the place to start! I signed up and after the first session I knew that this experience would exceed my expectations, and I was so right! I received coaching for my whole being-mind, body, and spirit. I didn't just learn how to eat right and exercise for my physical health, but I also learned how food and nutrition have effected and can effect my emotional and mental well-being as well. Each session was geared toward meeting MY personal needs and specifically tailored to MY goals. It didn't feel like a "one-size-fits-all" type of plan and coaching. The sessions were so insightful, informative, and engaging. I left every session with new perspectives, action steps to take each week, and the tools to be able to complete them. I didn't have to worry about perfection; there's no pressure. I was given the grace and patience to progress at my own pace. One of the things that really meant the world to me is that Renea allowed and provided me with a safe space to be vulnerable and really dive deep, and she supported me when diving deep got a little harder to do. She allowed me to self-reflect and helped me to analyze my patterns and behaviors without judgment. My experience with Habit Change Coaching has been not just life-changing, but life-saving. I've had breakthroughs, experienced a lot of moments of self-discovery, I've CHANGED HABITS! After going through my sessions with Renea I feel empowered and mentally and physically rejuvenated. I've learned what works for my body and what doesn't. I've learned what works for me mentally, spiritually, and emotionally and what doesn't. All it takes is a choice to commit to yourself! If I could do it all over again, I would! It's absolutely worth it; you can't put a price on your life! Thank you, Renea!

CONS: **After** they swipe your card for a monthly rate, they WITHHOLD they will increase the membership dues to an extra five dollars per month! Why...because they want two payment cards on your profile. Why do they not tell you this upfront so that you can have both cards ready....NO INTEGRITY I informed a staff member I paid for a drink from the vending machine, but machine didn't deliver. She informed me, "I'm saving that drink for me, that's why it won't fall. But you can choose another drink".........NO INTEGRITY Should be a four out of five, but I wish I didn't have to drive 40 minutes AND the lack of transparency won't allow me.

People are actually working out and not standing around talking; not blocking the machines and weights which is one of my largest pet peeves in the gym. The gym was very clean and the staff was very knowledgeable. Safety was another big factor for me. When arriving many times before sunrise or very late at night, the facility is locked down. The cameras and members only entrance is very secure. It is also night to see local police force working out after or before shift change.
