Cute spot in Lajas, Puerto Rico great for dining or just a few drinks and bites. Service one of the few places that the service could of been a it better servers were not as friendly as the other spots we stopped in for a quick bite and drinks. the area was a little slow due to the weather but the views were nice. they do have inside seating as well as outside if you want fresh air even that its an open restaurant. Would I return maybe.

Paradise sunrise and bio bay. Get the bio bay (the blue one)

Been here 3 times in just a few days. Some snacks and drinks, lunch by the pool (staying at the Parguera Plaza Hotel), and more drinks. The bio bay cocktail- is delicious. Fried cheese balls- eh, they need seasoning. Empanadas- yummy, great favorable filling. Now, the best thing I've had on this trip. The dorado sandwich- so good! The batter was crispy but soft, great flavor, great fish, the bread just wow. Husband had the pork burger- really good burger.

We stopped here as part of a guided tour. It was a nice place for a quick bite and a beer. They had vegan tacos! We sat outside which was nice. Service was a little slow but friendly. Food was nothing special but it hit the spot. The place was decently clean (the bathrooms were so much better kept than the public ones in the area). The prices were good too!

This was a two for. We booked with Bioluminescent Bay Boat Tour for a tour from San Juan. This bar and eatery was our dinner stop. The atmosphere was great, terraced seating and delicious food. We had fish tacos and vegetarian tacos. Muy Rico!!!

Grouper fish tacos (fried grouper)

There are few times in life when a restaurant will surprise you this much. When we read the reviews for this place, we were set up with very low expectations. However, we still decided to give this place a try because it was one of the only places open on Tuesday. Every dish we had that first night was a delightful surprise. The grouper fish tacos were the best we had tried in years. They are lightly fried with savory sweet sauce that pairs excellently with grouper. The ribs were falling off the bone tender, having been marinated for over 24 hours. And to top it off, literally, we're the best onion rings we've ever tasted. Period. Lightly fried with an herbed and black pepper seasoning, they are a delight. We had such a great first experience, we came back two more times during our stay at La Parguera. Each night with great service and continuing to bring great dishes. The calamari was great, a pairing of that lovely breading from the onion rings combined with fresh, and skillfully cooked squid. Try the coconut mojito - you will not be disappointed. The burgers were good, but not exceptional. Despite this being a "burger bar" I would choose the other dishes over these. The brownies and ice cream were okay, but a bit dry and could have used more ice cream. However, the server did ask for our feedback on those and promised to pass that along to the chefs. If you're in La Parguera, you should give this place a try.

Food is excellent. Snapper super tender and juicy; cod fish taco is very yummy; burger is ok, and…read moreshrimp and calamari is ok too. But their mojitos are delicious. I have been ordering drinks since I got in and theirs really got to me. Had an amazing time! P.S. they had a guitarist singing. He is really really good. Happy holidays!!

A great tapas & mofongo bar at the center of town! We were…read morestaying a block away and decided to dine here after comparing numerous options in the area. Well, it was the right choice for sure. We wanted to go tapas since by then (day 6), we were acclimated with the heaviness of Puerto Rican meals in general (carbs and fried foods), so we didn't order the mofongos. Jose was our server and he seated us promptly near the corner. ORDER their mojitos! I really enjoyed mine - full of mint leaves and strong rum. My wife also enjoyed her virgin pina colada which was refreshing. Tempura shrimp in sweet chili sauce ($11, App, 4/5) - Generous portion, slightly too sweet for us but had great juicy shrimp w/ shrimp taste. Jalapeno and Cream Cheese Poppers ($8, App, 4/5) - Loaded w/ cream cheese but no actual jalapeno peppers really (slight disappointment), it still was enjoyable to eat due to nice crispy texture, jalapeno taste, and the delectable guava sauce Empanadillas del dia ($3.50, App, 3/5) - It was chicken that day and chicken was not too dry though amount of the filling left a bit to be desired. It's pretty big & filling, so watch out. Fish Tacos ($10, Entree, 5/5) - One of the best fish tacos I've ever had. Fish bites were fresh, crispy and light, paired against good amount of sour relishes and green leaf on a warm tortilla. Also there were THREE of them! (I think the first fish tacos I've ever ordered that came as 3, not 2!) We ordered this after finishing our 3 tapas because we were still slightly "not full", but man these packed quite the punch and we were STUFFED SILLY after these for sure. Wow, some delicious business here. Btw, Jose's service was really excellent. He was super attentive, checking up on us just the right amount of times, and even went outside to take picture for us with the signs after our meal. He made our dinner experience that much more pleasant. Moons Bar & Tapas really delivers with overall consistent taste & quality. I won't hesitate to stop by next time for their mofongos!

Moons Bar & Tapas - Fish tacos (3 for $8) came with lettuce, pico de Gallo, and toasted tortillas. Really good....even better with pineapple hot sauce!
