However, my visit was immediately tainted when as we were handing her our tip, one of the workers said it was not enough and that there is a mandatory 20% tip. This is told to us AFTER we were done with our massages. This "mandatory 20% tip" is not written on any of the menus or signs in the establishment and it was not mentioned prior to our service. When we questioned her about the mandatory tip, she adamantly requested a 20% tip regardless. I have never been asked for a larger tip at any establishment before, unless a gratuity fee was explicitly written or mentioned. Fortunately, we called the manager, who resolved the situation. Nonetheless, I was extremely disappointed at this interaction and will not be returning to this place again.

I usually request Jenny because her pressure is perfect for me, not too gentle and not too deep. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and I appreciate that they're open late. One thing I really appreciate is that the massage chair converts into a flat bed, so I don't have to get up and move during my session. The blankets are also a huge plus and make the experience much more comfortable. I've also had full body massages here and enjoyed them. Whether I pay with cash or card, the process is easy, and the prices are reasonable. Overall, this is one of my favorite places to relax and unwind.

They added $10 for each and when I tried to dispute it they wouldn't budge. I normally wouldn't comment on a small business but the way they handled payment was sketchy. I clearly said $10 total because I know the lady who worked on my fiance did an ok job where as mine was really bad. Also as two people who professionally do massage and soft tissue work I can't help but feel like we were ripped off. And for background we are on vacation but regularly get worked on by each other and other licensed therapists in the industry. It's fine for a cheap massage but for a 30minute foot massage from someone who doesn't have a good gage of anatomy and what areas you have to change the pressure I'm pretty annoyed that I gave her an additional $10 for ruining my day. I'm giving a 3 bcs my fiances therapist was a 4 and mine was a 1.

I stopped in here after church with my mom and I opted for the 30 minute session for her for her feet and for my neck and shoulders for myself. As someone mentioned before, there is definitely a language barrier, but the lady is super sweet and her massages are strong and effective. Honestly for the 30 minutes session I received today I felt 100% better than I did after I paid four times as much at a spa down the street-the thing about the place down the street as they spoke perfect English, and didn't have as good of service as far as greeting us walking in as this lady did . The pricing is so unbelievably reasonable here especially the fact that we walked right in and we're seen right away. You can get mini Services for 30 minutes longer services if needed. Someone also had mentioned about the dated atmosphere (it is) for the price and the quality of the massage you're receiving I believe it is a very minuscule thing. I decided to come back weekly to this establishment for a little bit of self-care. I deserve it and this place is definitely worth it.

I had a lady do my foot massage and she was amazing--really careful and thorough, making sure I was completely relaxed. The prices are really fair considering how great the service is. The place itself is super clean, beautifully decorated, and just has a peaceful, calming feel to it. The soft music playing in the background just adds to the whole relaxing atmosphere. If you're looking to treat yourself and feel recharged, I definitely recommend checking this spa out!

I had a great experience at Authentic Thai Massage By Patti…read more I walked out feeling amazing--completely relaxed, and all the muscle soreness I came in with was gone without that post-massage "beat up" feeling you sometimes get. I went with a traditional Thai massage, and it was exactly what I was hoping for: deep, intentional work with a lot of stretching. She even got up on the table to really lean in and get the pressure where it needed to be. No walking on my back, but honestly, she didn't need to--she got plenty of depth without it. The therapist was very friendly and professional. She took the time upfront to ask about my goals, any health issues, and specific areas of pain, which I always appreciate. She does have a fairly strong accent, so I had to focus a bit more at times, but her English is excellent and it didn't take away from the experience at all. I also want to note how professional she was on a personal level. She shared that she had recently gone through a significant loss, and despite that, she remained fully present, kind, and focused throughout the session. That level of dedication really stood out. The environment was spot on. The waiting area was calm and comfortable with a relaxing video playing, and the massage room itself was just right--soothing music, perfect lighting (not too bright, not too dark), and thankfully not overly perfumed. Pricing was actually lower than I expected, especially for the quality of the massage. Definitely felt like a good value. One note: if you like deep tissue work, this is your place. I specifically asked for deep pressure, and she delivered. It got intense at times--but in the best way. In my opinion, a truly therapeutic massage should hurt a little... the ends justify the means, and in this case, they absolutely did. I was planning to go back in two weeks, but honestly, she did such a good job I didn't feel like I needed to. I'm just now starting to feel due again, so I'll be booking another appointment soon. I've already recommended her to several colleagues and even a few of my own patients. I'll definitely be back.
