Having pretty crummy teeth, I've been to more dentists than most, and this was the most comfortable experience I've had. Both Dr. Leake and her hygienist were extremely friendly and made me feel very relaxed. They had an emergency patient come in right before me, so I'm sure that put them a bit behind schedule, and despite that I did not feel like I was being rushed at all. They both took the time to thoroughly explain things to me and answer all of my questions. Unfortunately I am one of those people who is overly sensitive to the newer type composite fillings and I had a real tough time with pain the following few weeks. Dr Gianfortune saw me right away and confirmed by x-ray and inspection that I am just sensitive. It turns out he was right most of the pain has gone away now. The fillings feel smooth and well formed as well. . The Desk ladies were very nice again too and very compassioniate to my sittuation. I am happy I found this place.

My tongue felt this cavity, which a previous Romanian dentist apparently missed -I don't think that it could have grown to be a cavern in about 6 months- at the gum line; the work that that cobbler did actually left what appeared to be a skirt/awning covering it, and I had discovered that it had left the cavity open and just as prone to further deterioration as if nothing had been done. Dr. Gianfortune filled it ...with a resin composite that also was disguising the problem like an awning. Not only was the filling what you would expect to be temporary, but it eventually fell off -at which time I could see that it was as if somebody had filled the opening with chewing gum, or like a Chicago-style street pot-hole filling. Going back? Zero confidence left to do so. Now, I'm looking for a real dentist like crazy, one obstacle after another, hoping that the blasted problem will not degenerate into needing a root canal -and who know what complications arising from it thanks to the next Chicago-style cobbler that will work on it... Additional detail: prior to working on me, the nice dentist realised that the canister used for the water dispenser had to be changed. So, there he goes, tinkering with that maintenance job wearing the same gloves that he was going to work on me with. Shy me, I didn't want to hurt his feelings objecting to this, expecting that he was going to do a really good work and not the disgrace that it turned out to be.

Hello, So I don't…read morebelieve I will be returning to this establishment ever again. There needs to be some more consideration for patients. I work thirds and I only got like maybe 1 hour of sleep in between the past 48 hours. I work at a hospital. Anyways, today I was turned away from my appointment because I did not verbally confirm my appointment via phone. I filled out the pre registration and confirmed the appointment four days before hand. During the phone call I received I was sleeping for about 1 hour so I could function and drive to this appointment. Drove about 45 minutes and did not receive any sort of notification that my appointment was cancelled. I've just never heard of such a thing honestly. Seems like a good way to lose business in my opinion. I understand that people are unreliable and you probably have a lot of no shows, but this is a whole new level in my opinion. I confirmed my appointment via email 4 days in advance that I would be there, drove 45 mins to get to this appointment just to be told it was cancelled because I was not available to take a phone call to confirm my appointment two hours in advance. I mean what if someone was unavailable to take said phone call was at work, or in a business meeting, or catching up on sleep like I was what little I could in between shifts. I mean I took time out of my busy schedule to give you my precious time and business but I guess you do not want it anymore. Also, I was told that I received a text to confirm this appointment as well. There is no such text on my phone whatsoever. Just I feel like this was very inconsiderate to the patient, especially those that work in the healthcare field. Such an inconvenience to me personally and I will not be back again. I would not suggest this place to anyone ever. If you would like to have your time wasted be my guest. Such an inconvenience to me and a waste of my time driving all the way there just to be told there is no appointment anymore because I didn't confirm I was going to be there ahead of time?!!! Two hours in advance? I could see 24 hours maybe for those that work long hours and might be more available in that time frame at least, but two hours?!!!!! Need to be more considerate of those that work and have responsibilities beyond responding to a phone call for a dentist appointment they plan on being at irregardless of how tired they are and driving out of their way to make that appointment. Lost my business is all I can say. Also, there is no business manager?!! How do you run a business without a manager? Who solves disputes in that case? Who is helping set these policies that are put in place and enforcing these policies? Unsound business practice in my opinion.
