Just look at the photos. Nothing is straight, clean, or professionally done. It's honestly hard to believe someone with such poor attention to detail is working as a stylist. Thus far, we have not run into any issues. We would arrive early or on-time and the appointment would almost always start as intended. There has been one occasion in which we were 15 minutes late but they were very nice about it and were still able to fit us in. We do not have a specific hair stylist. We usually just go with whomever is available so there has been a few times in which the haircut was not the most ideal, as in slightly longer at the top and uneven buzz at the back for a men's haircut. It is not a deal-breaker and it could easily be communicated and addressed.
