I wasn't smart at the beginning and didn't do my research and now I'm paying for it. The "Contracter" Keith King is NOT A REAL CONTRACTOR! He is using another person's license to do work and pull permits. Highly unethical but not illegal. But we trusted him because he was a recommendation from a friend. We hired this company in 2020 to do a bedroom and bathroom addition to our home. They didn't even break ground until 2022. All they have done is moved our AC unit, torn up our sod and laid very crude form boards. Keith King is: 1. Dishonest- he doesn't have a contractors license and led us to believe he did. 2. We gave him $14K up front but have only received $10K back. Only about $2K worth of work has been done and my new contractor says all the work done was done poorly and needs to be redone. 2. Terrible at communicating ( when he did reply to calls or texts- which would be days to weeks after an initial call/text) 2. He and his company are not registered with the Better Business Bureau 3. Doesn't have a master plumber to do plumbing work. (Btw don't hire Mandarin Plumbing, the plumber Steve is incompetent and tore flooring in two bedrooms to try and figure out where our plumbing lines ran) 4. Rude and unprofessional. He would only text or call my husband back. 5. LATE & was often "sick". He cancelled meetings with us at least three times for being sick. 6. Keith allowed the plumber Steve from Mandarin Plumbing to basically break into my home. The Break- in story: Steve the plumber was doing plumbing work in our back bedroom and left his jackhammer in there. I had allowed them to come in and out from the window so they weren't dragging equipment through the house. On a Monday Keith texted me to ask if the plumber could get his equipment. I said yes, I won't be home but you can come through the window. But no one showed up that day. Days later it's a Friday morning and Keith texts me and my husband and says the plumber is on his way and that he is just going through the window to get his equipment. My husband says ok that's fine ( usually I'm at the gym with my daughter at that time in the morning - which is why he said it's ok) Meanwhile I didn't see the text for about 5 minutes because my 3 year daughter had been throwing up with a stomach bug! I immediately text him back. I see the text and tell him it's a bad time and explain the situation. I'm covered in vomit and I need to bathe my daughter and shower. I don't want anyone in the house right now. Keith proceeds to tell me that he already told the plumber he could get the equipment from my house and go in through the window. And then tells me that I'm rude because the plumber needs his jackhammer for work. Really dude?? I was furious and let him know it. Keith then changed his tune and said he understood and he hoped my daughter felt better. Fast forward to 30 minutes later. I had finally settled my daughter into bed and she was resting and I'm in the shower washing vomit out of my hair and my house alarm goes off!!! I rush to get a towel on and look out my front window and the Mandarin plumbing van is parked outside my house! The freaking plumber had come in through the back bedroom window to get his jackhammer even though I said no! I'm livid! I called Keith and told him the situation. He claimed that he called/texted the plumber but he didn't reply. The next day the plumber said he "forgot his phone" and never got the message. I debated calling the police. But I was so stunned and still had to deal with my daughter having a stomach bug. DON'T HIRE Keith King or New Creations Construction. The Contracter who was letting Keith use his license also has some failed business. While you're at it don't hire Steve from Mandarin Plumbing.

I had seen some of the work they had done on both commercial and residential jobs and liked what I saw. Once I signed the contract, they immediately applied for the permit. Tyler kept me up to date on the actual start date because it was a tentative date (with all the rain we have in Florida, you just never know). They were only off by a few days. Each day, the workers showed up by 8:00 am (close to 7:30 am) and would work through the 90 degree weather and stay until sundown (after 8:00 pm) each night. They were all very friendly and kept the job site very clean. I have not found a roofing nail yet!! The best part about this company is the fact that throughout the entire process of replacing the roof, they would communicate with me via photos (phone calls too). As they were ripping off the roof and finding various areas of water damage due to overhanging trees, the foreman would take pictures and upload them to a photo app that was shared between me (the homeowner), Tyler (salesman) and the foreman. I was able to ask questions via the app as well as call Tyler asking what steps needed to be taken next. This really was beneficial for me. I was not able to be home during the day but I felt that I was notified of various things through the entire process and could actually see what was going on and what needed to be done. Once they fixed the problem areas, they would take pictures showing the completed work. The price of the replacing my roof was not the cheapest but rather a fair price and priced in the median range compared to other quotes I received. Getting the quote only took a few days which was a good indication to me (other companies took up to two weeks to come out an inspect my roof). I definitely recommend TMT Roofing and would most definitely use them again!

Due to hurricane Idalia and some strong wind storms recently some of the screws had raised up. Michael Pittman and Son Roofing is licensed and insured, which was very important to me as a customer as the pitch on my roof is very steep. We met with Michael and Son, they reviewed the issue of raised screws, made the recommendation to replace all current screws with an improved, slightly larger screw. We approved the quote for the work and was placed on the schedule. Crew worked very efficiently, cleaned up all screws removed, replaced the roof vent boots and caulked all boots against water intrusion. Communications via voice, email and text to keep us updated on the schedule and work being completed was excellent. Trevor Pittman was on site while the screw replacement was being completed. We feel we received an excellent job with the right company for our needs at a very good value. Would continue to recommend Michael Pittman and Son Roofing to others without hesitation. I was going well over the speed limit (87 to be exact) and you flew up behind me less than a foot from my rear bumper. You rode my ass for over a mile because I couldn't get over due to other vehicles in the middle lane and i couldnt go faster at the time due to cars ahead of me. Then, you flew around me, flipping me off after i sped up to avoid you hitting me. After that i watched you almost run 3 other vehicles off the road in the same way you tried to do to me. I have the ENTIRE altercation on dashcam so don't even try to deny it. You're a POS and I hope you lose your drivers and business license.
