When I first met Suzie, I explained that I wanted my eyebrows to look natural and not too fake. She suggested choosing the style, color, and shape, and I loved the result. Since then, Suzie has been the only one who does my eyebrows with touch-ups, and I don't trust anyone else because I believe Suzie understands what I like. Two months ago, I went in for an eyebrow touch-up after about two years and decided to get a lip tattoo. I can't deny that I was scared at first, but Suzie explained everything and eased my concerns, so I finally went ahead. The results were amazing because Suzie outlined the beautiful shape of my lips and gave me a natural pink color that changes depending on the weather. When it's sunny, it looks like a nice natural pink; in the shade, it's muted. I'm genuinely amazed and don't regret getting my lips done--I should have done it much sooner. I love it because now I save time and don't have to apply lipstick or touch it up constantly, and I no longer need to do my eyebrows either. Suzie's services are excellent because she explains the procedures before and after, offers suggestions and recommendations, has a lot of patience, and you can tell she has a passion for her art. The environment is super welcoming, very clean, beautifully decorated, and the bathroom for her clients is spotless with a fresh floral scent. When I go in for eyebrow touch-ups, I feel like I'm relaxing in a spa. I'm lucky that Suzie is just five minutes from my house, so I don't have to drive to Orange County like other people do to get their eyebrows done. Suzie is super kind, respectful, bilingual--she speaks Spanish and English--understanding, and incredibly sweet. I highly recommend her for your eyebrows, and you can trust her because I'm sure you'll be in good hands. That's why I give her five stars; I'm thrilled with the results and Suzie's work.

I almost cancelled and said forget the deposit, she can have it. I had brows done about 5 or 6 years ago. Not good. The pain was excruciating I'm not exaggerating. I told Mel that I was beyond nervous just thinking how bad the pain level would be. Now, the real deal NO pain. I'm so happy and grateful for Mel. Bottom line don't be scared; she's got this down. She let me ask 100 questions, before during and after. On my touch up she gave the same attention if not more. I can really tell she loves what she does, she's an artist and I will be going back for touch ups as needed to make sure to preserve her beautiful work. But about these brows! Before Shay: I have dark hair, but sparse, unshaped to my liking and never felt comfortable going make-up-less without doing my brows. Consultation: Shay drew the most beautiful shape. We talked about thickness, color and what to expect. Process: no to very low pain, why was I even worried? Lol but I was and I shouldn't have. She updated me throughout the process and showed me the progress. Day one: OMG they're dark what did I do! Panic terror almost tears (okay a little) and to be totally fair Shay told me OVER and OVER they will be darker and thicker don't worry they will fade beautifully. 3-5 days: peeling and fading OMG my brows are beautiful under that dark cast. Lol. DONT PICK! They'll come off naturally. I literally went make-up-less for a week just because I felt that great. I've never felt so pretty bare faced. It's empowering! I went to see Gena Bradley at AAhsome Salon for a simple eyeliner touch-up. While I was there, she took one look at my brows (that she had done a few weeks earlier) and decided they weren't quite up to her standards. So what did she do? She touched them up again--at no charge. That's who Gena is. She takes so much pride in her work that "good enough" simply isn't in her vocabulary. Five stars doesn't even begin to cover it. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about her clients and stands behind her work, I highly recommend Gena. Over-delivering isn't something she does... It's who she is!

A very common problem in women, unfortunately. The idea of it was intriguing but also very intimidating. Went back for a touch-up. She was complaining that people didn't want to go to her second location by the beach. If I don't live by the beach, why would I drive there so get my brows done? I was having a hot flash and my head started to sweat. She made a comment about people washing their hair and put on a mask. I felt terrible.
