A very common problem in women, unfortunately. The idea of it was intriguing but also very intimidating. Because it is not easy to just trust anyone with doing anything permanent or even semi permanent on your face. However I am extremely satisfied having choosen Jenn as my microblade artist. Keep in mind there are many out there but she is among the best ones for sure! Jenn has a steady gentle hand, knows what she's doing and is very professional. It is obvious that she has had much practice and definitely has experience. She is a natural who works without any hesitation and explains things as she works. Her confidence definitely gave me great peace of mind. She really takes pride in her works and shows it as she explained to me after care instructions and reassured me that I could always message and text for any questions after. Jenn works out of Blissful Beauty Lounge in Newport Beach. A beautiful salon located on Newport Harbor. Provided with excellent staff with great customer service. They always greet you with a smile, offer you a drink [water, champagne, or wine] and treat you like a Queen for sure!! Which makes the experience just extra special. I highly and genuinely recommend Jenn at Blissful Beauty Lounge for microblading and micro shading.

Went back for a touch-up. She was complaining that people didn't want to go to her second location by the beach. If I don't live by the beach, why would I drive there so get my brows done? I was having a hot flash and my head started to sweat. She made a comment about people washing their hair and put on a mask. I felt terrible. I waited to see how the results held up, and I can honestly say my brows looked amazing for the entire year. I over plucked my eyebrows when I was younger and have spent several years wanting to give microblading a try but I was too nervous. I'm so glad I went with Keisha! She is a true artist and worked absolute magic. She was so warm, kind and walked me through the whole process of what to expect. She listened to exactly what I wanted and lended her expertise to helping create the perfect brow shape for me. My brows look incredible and natural. I now feel confident going make up free and love that I don't need to fill in my brows. I initially only did the microblading and at my 6 week follow up last year I decided to add shading as well and am so happy I did. The process for me included an initial microblading appointment and a 6 week follow-up for additional blading and shading. Now I just need to go in once a year for a touch up. My life has been changed. My annual touch-up was quick and easy, and my brows look brand new again. Microblading is definitely an investment, but it's so worth it. I can't recommend Keisha at MBK Brows enough!!

She let me ask 100 questions, before during and after. On my touch up she gave the same attention if not more. I can really tell she loves what she does, she's an artist and I will be going back for touch ups as needed to make sure to preserve her beautiful work. But about these brows! Before Shay: I have dark hair, but sparse, unshaped to my liking and never felt comfortable going make-up-less without doing my brows. Consultation: Shay drew the most beautiful shape. We talked about thickness, color and what to expect. Process: no to very low pain, why was I even worried? Lol but I was and I shouldn't have. She updated me throughout the process and showed me the progress. Day one: OMG they're dark what did I do! Panic terror almost tears (okay a little) and to be totally fair Shay told me OVER and OVER they will be darker and thicker don't worry they will fade beautifully. 3-5 days: peeling and fading OMG my brows are beautiful under that dark cast. Lol. DONT PICK! They'll come off naturally. I literally went make-up-less for a week just because I felt that great. I've never felt so pretty bare faced. It's empowering! My brows turned out looking natural, no harsh dark lines, and I couldn't be happier!!!!!! Xoxo Shay you're the best!!

Got my eyebrows, lips and lashes done here and let me tell you I'm obsessed!!! I had previously gotten my eyebrows done somewhere else and they just didn't not compliment my face at all. I told Brandi about and when I went it for my eyebrow we took almost 45 min mapping and finding my perfect shape of brow that complemented me! They we just so beautiful and done so professionally like I was so surprised at how good they came out it's been about four months now and they still look good!!! Went back and got lip blush done and I was a little nervous because my lips were naturally pink and I didn't want it to look like a permanent lipstick on but we did a cute mauve color and I kid you not I don't even need make up anymore. She made the outline of my lips more prominent and they looks so full and the color is sooo perfect!!!! Between my eyebrows and lips I just look so much better!!! Then I went back for lashes and now I'm hooked!! She is literally so CLEAN AND SO PROFESSIONAL!! I showed her the style I was looking for and she executed it while also giving a professional opinion on what would compliment my eyes more! Her studio is so cute! I was hybrid, but not crazy, because I don't wear crazy or a lot of makeup. She gave me a light volume and D curl. My lashes were so curled and dark! They were definitely synthetic lashes, because you can tell how cheap they looked. I could tell during my appointment that there was too much glue being used, because the corner ends of my eyes she kept trying to separate. What do you know I get home and the corners are all stuck together and clumpy like a strip lash. My righ eye was red and it burned. Throughout the night my eye kept burning more and more and it was watering. In the middle of the morning I text her, because I wanted my lashes removed, but she was busy and said she can squeeze me in later around 4pm or I can give it a couple of days. I was so over them and didn't even want her touching my lashes. I had to cut them off and get the rest removed somewhere else. The other place saw how bad and stuck they were too. I told her about them and she said she would give me a complementary facial... ugh, I wanted no services done by her at all. She should had given me my money back.
