I had a great experience with Dr. Zeiter and would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with pain or looking to improve their overall mobility. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. Dr Zeiter took the time to listen to my issues and continued to adjust/consult me every visit. I never felt rushed, and they made sure I understood the treatment plan every step of the way. After just a few sessions, I noticed a significant improvement in my pain and posture. Because I was skeptical at first, Dr Zeiter hasn't charged me for multiple visits because he genuinely cares about my well being and wants me to see improvement before anything. Highly recommend everyone to check Dr Zeiter out for adjustments or anything really! Great guy.

A few months ago I left with mixed feelings about the place especially since it came so highly…read morerecommended. I have been busy and have forgotten to use my voice to share my poor experience at this family run business. Dr Ito is knowledgable about her practice and her husband Todd serves as a solid receptionist. Great team. I left because of Dr Itos lack of professionalism and diminishing service. She does not respond to constructive feedback well nor is she able to keep up a level of decorum if something prior to a patients visit was upsetting. I don't know what it was but she was clearly upset during one of my visits and I felt that uninviting vibe right off the bat. In one of the sessions she raised her voice and was almost scolding because I was taking my time make a decision about paying for extra care. After purchasing this extra package, I came in and it was as if she would rush through our visits. Shortly after, I noticed she wasn't even referring to my chart to see what areas I needed work on. To make matters worse, I told her I had stated I needed her to work on me and she quickly massaged me standing up outside of the door hurriedly so she could greet her next appointment. I was fed up at this point. It infuriates me to think that a chiropractor signed up for this to be a full time job and cannot provide satisfactory service! I called and addressed her and asked for a refund. She was defensive, raised her voice over the phone, and was not apologetic at all. I really wanted it to work but I could not stand the often intrusive questions, shoddy services, and lack of professionalism that I was paying for! Please save your money and go elsewhere. You can thank me later.

I will admit the atmosphere is cute, the staff is very nice and knowledgeable! Plus they give you…read morefree waters. BUT it's pretty pricey. They don't take insurance, so you have to pay out of pocket. Just to get a consultation alone is like $100, then with every adjustment and exam is $60. It took 2-3 days before I finally got my adjustment and that was already like $250 before I could get checked. They charge for everything, so if you got money like that awesome! I've personally been there when they have problems with their appointments. At times it's overcrowded and although your appointment is at 10:30 expect to be seen by like 11 it's usually on that first come, first serve basis even with an appointment. Plus their electric shock/massage chairs don't all work. Some work better than others which is a little frustrating with the amount of money you're paying. Aside from that I have enjoyed the services and knowledge I've gotten and I appreciate how in depth they get about what's wrong and how to fix it. When you do get adjustments it's super quick and easy!
