Dr Ito is knowledgable about her practice and her husband Todd serves as a solid receptionist. Great team. I left because of Dr Itos lack of professionalism and diminishing service. She does not respond to constructive feedback well nor is she able to keep up a level of decorum if something prior to a patients visit was upsetting. I don't know what it was but she was clearly upset during one of my visits and I felt that uninviting vibe right off the bat. In one of the sessions she raised her voice and was almost scolding because I was taking my time make a decision about paying for extra care. After purchasing this extra package, I came in and it was as if she would rush through our visits. Shortly after, I noticed she wasn't even referring to my chart to see what areas I needed work on. To make matters worse, I told her I had stated I needed her to work on me and she quickly massaged me standing up outside of the door hurriedly so she could greet her next appointment. I was fed up at this point. It infuriates me to think that a chiropractor signed up for this to be a full time job and cannot provide satisfactory service! I've personally been there when they have problems with their appointments. At times it's overcrowded and although your appointment is at 10:30 expect to be seen by like 11 it's usually on that first come, first serve basis even with an appointment. Plus their electric shock/massage chairs don't all work. Some work better than others which is a little frustrating with the amount of money you're paying. Aside from that I have enjoyed the services and knowledge I've gotten and I appreciate how in depth they get about what's wrong and how to fix it. I thought what the heck, $35.00 for a consult & x-rays why not? Not only did Dr.Le find some of the issues with my pain (no surgical intervention required) but, found Large fibroid tumors on my x-rays! I have known for several yrs I had them, but was waiting to have surgery because they were not causing any pain. Dr.Le recommended I contact my OBGYN to further investigate. I did, And it was found that I had a 10.5CM tumor on my uterus and another 2 smaller tumors. My cancer blood work was also elevated, this has resulted in me having a total hysterectomy.
