This was my first experience with this Chiropractors office and after 3 appointments, I am sad to report that I do not recommend them. There was no friendly greeting at the front desk as you walk in, any questions were answered in a monotone voice, during the "office tour" treatment room doors were left open while patients lay on the treatment tables making privacy feel optional. The waiting room experience was topped off with a dated, low-budget video that felt straight out of the late '90s. Wait times were ridiculous, and staff offered no apology when you ask for an update. The doctors were polite but my "adjustment" wasn't as good as expected. I went in with back pain, came out with neck pain. Doctor did not explain the procedure of an adjustment, he just assumed I knew what was going to happen. Grabbed my neck and wrenched it side to side, scaring the poo out of me. Like dude, give me a heads up before. Then on to the back, there was no "relax, breathe in, breathe out, etc. It was just roll to your side and twist and squish. Parking is also an issue, lot is small and funnels out to busy Pershing ave. Overall, the office felt overcrowded and not friendly and didn't really care. Not only did Dr.Le find some of the issues with my pain (no surgical intervention required) but, found Large fibroid tumors on my x-rays! I have known for several yrs I had them, but was waiting to have surgery because they were not causing any pain. Dr.Le recommended I contact my OBGYN to further investigate. I did, And it was found that I had a 10.5CM tumor on my uterus and another 2 smaller tumors. My cancer blood work was also elevated, this has resulted in me having a total hysterectomy.
