Mr Williams communicated very well, keeping me updated on delays and letting me know when he was on the way. Once he arrived, he got right to work, fixed 8 broken sprinkler heads, and thoroughly retested the system. During testing, he found and repaired a slow underground leak and also identified an issue with my Rain Bird box(I told him I'll fix later). Mr. Williams was professional, efficient, thorough and affordable, I highly recommend. (Pics of lawn will be posted at a later date).

Mikey came out and said that wasn't necessary, that he would charge $150/hr and could fix it in a couple of hours...6 days (most of which he showed up in the evening and staid until late into the night) and $3,450.00 later, this is what he left me with. He said he would come back and fix it, but after seeing the entirety of what he did, I don't want him back on my property to do more damage and leave more mess. The system not only looks crudely constructed, it doesn't work at all. I had the company installing my sod send their irrigation guy out to assess what would be needed to repair it properly, and yep, the whole job needs to be ripped out and re-done. I requested a full refund of what I paid as I now have to pay again for the labor and parts, but Mikey is unwilling to do that. I am asking Yelp to honor their $2,500 guarantee and will be filing suit in small claims court for the remaining $950. I can't reply to your reply, Michael, but as you are the 'contractor' and the person that did this work, you know that you have been telling me you would be out since July 27th, the day after you finished the work. It is not my job to tell you to come clean up the job site and fix the shoddy job, though I've been requesting such since August 12th.

He charged almost $700 to fix that. Then he told me that tree roots were pinching the zone line and he needed to run a new line to the front yard zone. He charged almost $1700 for that. After paying $2400, I assumed that the yard would look significantly better over time. It didn't. When I contacted him the first time he told me it had only been a month and to give it more time. When I contacted him the second time a month and a half later, he said he would get back to me with an exact date to come back by as he was about a week out with appointments. That sounded reasonable but I never heard back from him. It has now been three months since the work was done. I have called and left messages with no response. The sprinkler system is not working and he doesn't seem concerned about it. Thank goodness for the rain or I would probably have no grass in the area that he worked on. However, after they were bought out by a larger national grass care business, the quality of their lawn care became useless. After getting a letter from the HOA about the dead spots in the yard, I realized it was time to find a new company. I decided to give Pestology a try. I spoke with Mr. Joseph Walker. I described the issue and asked if he thought that Pestology could correct it. He drove to my home and assured me they could fix the issue. I also learned that if I set up auto-pay, the first month would be free. They were hired. About a week later, Bryan came to treat the lawn. Bryan is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He started with the dead spots in the grass. In the problem area, he put a high-quality dirt mix. This was above and beyond what I expected. Bryan treated the problem area and the rest of the yard with a liquid and granual fertilizer. He also treated the weeds that were starting in the dead areas. Bryan followed up 2 weeks after the initial treatment to check the change. The yard looked better than the work the previous company tried for over a year to do. The change has been incredible. At the 2 week recheck, he treated the yard again. In another 2 weeks, we are going to get the regular lawn treatment. The grass is now a dark green color. I can't believe what an improvement there has been with my lawn because of Pestology. I could not recommend them more highly. They fix problems and follow-up!!!
