Finally decided on the furniture and had it delivered a couple days later. They charge an $85 delivery fee that has to be paid to the driver in cash. They don't set it up for you. They take it to the room and that's it. I wasn't upset about that since it's clearly on the receipt as well as the delivery fee. Everything is spelled out on the receipt and the sales guy explained it in detail. One thing I will say is if you have a truck you can do it yourself and save the $85. I will be back to see them in a couple of months when I need more bedroom furniture.

When we pulled into the parking lot, we immediately noticed the word "outlet" on the building. We went into the store anyway to inquire about specific brands and check out their selection. Although the salesmen were nice and helpful, the store just didn't have a quality selection of furniture. They actually showed us one sofa that they described as leather but this was not our idea of leather. It just seemed like a shiny plastic instead of a rich top-grain leather that you could smell and experience before you actually see it. If you have a very small budget and are looking for something to simply fill a space, this store might be an option. They usually have friendly customer service and can find you things you and leave with what you needed. This particular location is in a great spot. It's easily accessible off US hwy 78 so I figured it would be perfect to go to. The greeter and most of the staff were really friendly and showed me where the items were. The issues arose when I went to checkout. The rep was nasty as if contactless payments were so rare. The item wrung up as the wrong price and the manager wanted me to go back and show her the pricing. I said I was not. And then begin to say they didn't honor online pricing. I advised her that I didn't ask that and the item was actually priced wrong or located in the wrong spot. She then continued to go back and forth with me until finally agreeing to give the price as advertised on the shelving. In the end I didn't appreciate the experience. It was unnecessary and I wound up leaving without what I came for and ordering it online. I'd rather wait for it ship to my house then to deal with confrontational workers. Won't be going to this location again.

I do think that most of the more particular items suck as pumps and power tools maybe better found elsewhere. Even tho the power tools are warrantied, the products usually are only useful for residential type tasks. I say this because I started a project and started to constantly be using the tools I bought from here and they started to ware much faster then say tools I've bought elsewhere.
