The customer ahead of me waited 30 minutes just to receive her food, and the person already waiting in the lobby had been sitting there for quite a while. When it was finally my turn, I placed an order for sweet and sour pork with fried rice and an egg roll. I waited 15 minutes, and when I asked about my food, the woman at the counter repeatedly and rudely told me "it's coming." Another 20 minutes passed. Same answer. No updates, no apology, nothing. After a total wait of about 40+ minutes, my food finally came out--and the egg roll was cold. I left annoyed, frustrated, and unimpressed. Between the lack of customer service, the unprofessional interaction, the long wait times, and the subpar food, I cannot recommend this place for dining in or takeout. Definitely not worth your time or money.
