We had a couple knives with broken tips and notches--honestly, I wasn't sure they could be saved. Most sharpening services would've taken one look and run for the hills. Same-Day Sharpening restored them fast, like child's play. The blades look new again and are sharp enough to split a frog's hair five ways. Jeremiah was professional, showed up exactly when he said he would, and brought our dull set back to life. He even handled sewing scissors, garden loppers, and hedge trimmers. And to give it a full service. I get a call that it is done and to pick it up. ***so this place has been in BA forever and the just built a new building and thought they were reputable but lord was I WRONG!!! So I pull out the mower to use today for first time this year and I found that BA lawn and garden are liars and or scam you! So today I get mower started and the belt jumps off again so I bust it down to see why. WELL HERE IS HOW I WAS SCREWWD OVER BY ba lawn and garden. 1. they never replaced waorn and stretched out belt 2. They didnt change plug 3 didnt change oil as asked and stated 4 old blade still on and chipped up so bad barley cuts 5. Carburetor is filthy and gummed up still 6. And more And a bold missing on bottom to hole guard on NEVER, NEVER, NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE! I paid good money and couple hundred dollars for them to SCAM me ans just put the old belt back on and didnt do any work the paper works said they did. I will make it a goal to continue to tell everyone about the crap service here!!!! My older brother told me today he used them a few times and his riden mower never worked correctly after 2 visits there and finally trashed the mower to buy a new one elsewhere. NEVER TAKE YOUR TORO TO THESE PEOPLE. UNTILL THE TREAT ME RIGHT AND CORRECT THE SCREWING THEY GAVE ME THEN THEY ARE NOT WORTH 1 STAR. Please dispute my claim and ill post pics and the service papers I received when picked up. Some shady service hoped it was just a lazy tech in the back but when I told my brother and I was the one to help him 2 times taking his mower up there. Shame as a lifetimes BA resident I would expect more from a business that has been in BA forever and shame I will tell everyone to buy a mower from Lowe's or Walmart now and never service one here.
