The inspection was excellent, he was very professional and detailed. He documented everything big and small with pictures, explanations and a very detailed written report. Jay answered all of our questions and made sure nothing was left out. We received the written report within a few hours of the actual inspection. He made sure to go over all the findings at the end and make sure we understood everything. I would use Mercier Home Inspections again and recommend it to anyone looking for a detailed, professional and thorough home inspection.

Within weeks of completion, the lawn was failing across the entire yard. Large dead and bare patches everywhere, as shown in the photos. The lawn is watered by a professionally installed irrigation system that runs on schedule and works perfectly, so this is not a watering issue. This is a problem with the installation itself. When we asked Gerrior to correct their work, they refused to do it under warranty and said they would only fix it if we paid again for time and materials. We paid six figures for a lawn that died in weeks, and the company will not stand behind its own work. As of today, nothing has been repaired. I will update this review if Gerrior makes this right.
